AmeraMex delivered a solid first quarter, maintaining stable revenue while significantly improving profitability. Revenue for the period was $4.7 million, slightly higher than $4.6 million reported in the first quarter of 2025. Strong cost management and improved operational efficiency contributed to a substantial increase in gross profit, which rose 80 percent to $1.2 million. The AmeraMex parts warehouse contains a million-dollar heavy equipment parts inventory, ensuring that they have the parts on hand to maintain and repair all lines of equipment they represent.

Transportation

The company owns Peterbilt trucks and Cozad heavy haul trailers to provide equipment transportation for AmeraMex customers, as well as other heavy equipment companies.

The order package features two new LiuGong excavators, a new LiuGong forklift, and a LiuGong rough-terrain forklift, expanding AmeraMex's pipeline of high-demand machinery. All units are scheduled to ship during the first quarter of 2026, supporting customers preparing for a strong start to the new year.

The orders include a new Magni telehandler and a refurbished truck equipped with a piggyback forklift. The equipment is scheduled to ship to customers on the West Coast. Due to year-end logistics and customer delivery windows, the company does not expect these units to ship before December 31.
