AMHGQ is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2022, which reported a net loss of $3,013,000 for the prior twelve months. As of August 4, 2025, unsolicited quotations for the common stock of AMHGQ (Symbol: AMHGQ) were submitted on the Expert Market tier of OTC Link ATS, whose parent company is OTC Markets Group Inc.

Team Stosh is putting a $5 target on this one. It is a freaking winner. Bluestar Airlines of the restaurant business. Can't wait to see this fly to the moon. $2 this month is my prediction and I am looking for big things.

No, I haven't looked at this one much yet. Until just recently, this one showed up in my account with a blank symbol after the split. I was just happy to see an actual symbol. I have mostly been watching Sonnet.
