Robert Kropf other shell BICB is doing a R/S on its low float. Kind of crazy, but must be part of the R/M deal.
I’ll roll all those gains into here. 90+day window I’m thinking.

Either she hired him to find a worth R/M candidate, or her shares are a scam. She owns a few LLC. Looks like she gives funding to businesses. I’d say lagit.,

She will probably sell her 50m share block for some set price snd transfer control that way.,
They are stupid not to create some super vote control preferrd share and issue a few for her 50m and return those back into treasury. She can’t dump 50m shares into the float. No reason to hold control this way..

This should be a .75 stock now waiting on R/M news to explode.
