If they have the cash or ability to bring it back to Pink Current is the question.

It can sit for many years. You never know if a R/M krew like Synergy, Lazar, or AlphaRidge take an intrest in it.
I'll look at the last filing and see what the SS looks like. If it shows any debt.

You can e-mail Ben at Synergy to take a look. He's always looking for another shell to clean up and sell. This is where the back room deals are made to transfer control. If it's abandoned, Synergy will petition the courts to bring it back alive. Everyone is looking out for shareholders.
A guy like Lazar will come in, get control and R/S the snot out of everyone. He's brutal.

The worst thing you can do is o give your shares away to your broker just to make them go away.
SFIO was like that for me. After 8 years it comes back to life for some massive gains to me. AFFL was another no bid dead shell. I wake up one day and it's up 14,000%

When TDA absorbed Scottrade, I lost dozens dead ones. When I dumped TDA for E-trade my dead shells that did transfer over from Scott are stuck in TDA to this day., hell, penny stocks don't transfer from broker to broker. You have to sell and rebuy in your new broker account.
It's when the shell loses its 4 letter ticker and your assigned a long number, it's toast.
I gave my last dead one like that to E-trade just to make it go away. Some L1011 refueler play.
I can still Google earth the air strip where the 7 planes are parked. The run way is covered in used cars. Those planes aren't going anywhere but maybe recycled.
At this point you can't buy or sell. But so long as you can put in a limit trade for 60 days, you got some hope.

I've got a few Sunergy shells that sold and nothing. New guys just sit on control everyday. It's why I always sell my shells when the change of control is PRed. Reevaluate whst is coming in.

And I've seen some in horrible legal mess with the Fed. Where CEOs are in prision and died. No corporate book. Probably burned to hide further crimes.


I would assume if Synergy ever got a court granted control, they would R/S the shit out of this to clean out so much unknown.

But the cost of bringing this to pink current is too much for what the shell can be sold for. There must be others with less effort.

It went for 77m to 309+m in one year of just common shares. Those had to be restricted and probably where the hiccup occurred.
They have a Prohibited Service Provider, so thst tells me either their lawyer or CPA created some sort of fraud to ballon the O/S prior to the last merger attempt.

Stuff like that can land you in Club Fed for 6 months. Best burn everything snd let it die.,

Custodialship looks like that’s what’s in store. That was the next step leading up to this. Abandoned at sea with no one on board. The Judge should make easy work of this.

Told his lawyer to discharge custodianship couldn't locate shareholder records and other info. Go to synergy home page under updates its there.

I think he gave up.

He been trying to get shareholder records could not get theme

It is getting very tough!!!

This one never had anything to do about closing deals. He never was able to get custodianship because after months of trying he was not able to get all the share holder records that were needed. It's the chance that he takes and we take in this type of play.

Another one in the losers pile! Ben is very slow on closing the deals but at least he’s honest!

I did let the old debt holder/officers know that if they were able to obtain the records I would potentially help to bring current. They are still looking through old physical records to try to find them.

My wire service seems to confuse ALKM & ALKN, not sure whats what anymore myself...

WRONG!!! The only way to legally buy shares is to buy them in the open market! Only other way is to be a beneficiary of a desist person and/or inheritance. Even at that the shares aren't yours only the benefits of the account are!

Lord! I’d get a few million at this price too.
I just don’t think anyone is going to be getting any shares.
Retail must give em up first. And to do that, you gotta call in the order and beg to have them list your dump. Most people will just sit and ride it out.
And way too much hope that Synergy gets this back to Pink Current in 2022.

I’d put my money on EV&CI’s BID or better in the short term, LP&HM and BD&CM today.
I mean if you can even get on ALKN’s BID. Better potential out there today to tie up your dry powder..


All those that dumped prior to the Thanksgiving to EOY tax loss dumping will be buying back those positions come Monday. Buying on the OTC will be strong through Feb. money flowing back in. Everyone looking to reload more for less or other jewels.
Why lose that sitting on a locked out shell.
And I think Ben has bigger fish to fry instead of pushing for an ALKN type. He’ll be more passive in this one.

I’m sure you can but it would be expensive.
T/A would need to do it snd that would cost big money. And the IRS would be all over it as a gift. Go over $10k and you’d need to file the gift as income.
Only way I’ve found is you’d have to get a Canadian tax iD
E-trade won’t take your American number to open a Canadian account.
And I’ve investigated creating a Living trust up there. Their tax law would slaughter you in taxes. A Canadian trust actually pays more in taxes. And I mean just to get a Canadian tax ID to open an account.
Only way is to fund a Canadian citizen and let them buy and hold for you. You dictate the trades and then refund his tax exposure if you made major bank. Then you got an issue getting your money out of Canada into your US account.
The Canadian can always fund your crypto account? $$ transfers instantly. But not sure that even works. Can’t see how it can’t so long as you have WiFi, you can be anywhere on Earth. Gone are the days of wearing a money belt to the Bahamas
