It’s certainly not a trivial matter; if it turns out to be true, it would change the outlook for AGYP and drive the price up significantly.
We already know the Silver Reff project is focused on finding gold and silver, but if this scenario plays out, it would be huge news; I have great confidence that AGYP will deliver increased value for shareholders.
A strong second half of 2026 is expected, and 2027 looks to be excellent—can you imagine seeing the kind of gains we saw in 2021?

Silver Reef , in the state of Utah , historical estimates indicate that approximately the following was extracted from its mines:
7.5 million ounces of silver during its boom years in the 1870s and 1880s.
Another historical source indicates that the mines produced around $8 million worth of silver ore before their main closure, plus an additional $250,000 between 1891 and 1901.
To put that in perspective, 7.5 million ounces is equivalent to about 233 metric tons of silver . That production made Silver Reef one of the most important silver mining districts in Utah during the 19th century.
Furthermore, Silver Reef is famous for being virtually the only place in the world where silver was commercially mined in significant quantities from sandstone , something that many geologists of the time considered impossible.

I am Bullish on this one, but there are still big unresolved questions:

- OS has been increased by ~35% since the last major PR in January (That’s a conservative estimate) but they did inform us of additional dilution for Q1)
- Additional dilution into Q2 and 445M (roughly 10%) increase in the last week or so alone.
- This company supposedly bought back about 2.5M of their OS back in 2022 but has been flooding the market again with new shares in the last year or so.
- The Silver Reef contract supposedly only gives AGYP production access to 20 acres of mining land (although supposedly very promising and under-explored though)
- Recent expenditures have all been related to lessening regulatory burden and pursuing new ventures, not developing existing assets (so it seems anyway) and it appears to be an endless cycle.
- No real income to speak of and my last quick search showed there to be about $4M or so in loans and liabilities.

All that said… the OTC has appeared to be livening up a bit, and this Ticker has more to offer than most in “Sub-Pennyland”. I’m hoping that this last year’s dilution is directly related to equity issuances to new business partners and serious investors. Texas oil and gas is the bread and butter of American energy and has been a good bet for a long time, and the Silver Reef project does show alot of promise.
I am optimistic, and this CEO has delivered major shareholder value in the past. I wish everyone who has a stake in this the best of fortunes. God Bless.

This stock ran a few years back when it got into the oil sector,  no reason it can't happen again. 

Could be why they are fairly quiet about it. I have a lot of shares and I'm waiting for this to run up.
