Do you know if ADMT will continue to make the Assissi Loop now that their competitor ZOM has acquired it?
ZOM is also making a product that competes to the Sonotron, right? Have not looked deep into it but from high level it appears to be.

I know there has not been an increase in O/S for some time. But if revenue has been declining and ADMT needs money to get Sonotron out in the market, where is the money going to come from?

On another note, if this is a retail investor dumping shares, it has to be at a significant loss. Strange timing to be selling now when Sonotron is supposed to have a bright future ahead. Perhaps impatience? Personal financial situation? Inside info of future catalyst with company?

If this is only a retail investor reaction, this could be the bargain buy of the year at this level. Question is how long will it take to actually rise again?

They should have made a public research study on Clinical Trials website to help substantiate the effectiveness.
All I have seen is a YouTube video on a horse and dog.
I believe it will take a while for sales to skyrocket as they have to prove both the safety and effectiveness via clinical studies.

One seller who needed money knocked price down today. This is great time to buy his shares and take advantage of the crazy cheap low price just before the Sonotron news starts flowing. The Sonotron is a major breakthrough that effectively treats pain with NO DRUGS and NO SIDE EFFECTS!

Vet Sonotron is within days or a few weeks of launch that could send shares flying. Shares are a steal at 10 cents and the wait is not long. The Sonotron will be used for animals first and then an FDA approved device to treat humans for pain with NO DRUGS!

I emailed Andre yesterday and this was his response.


In the release there was the description of using resources towards the Vet-Sonotron development. With the delays we had from the supply chain problems we experienced, the strategy was to make a strong push to get the technology into production. That diverted resources away from customer projects and production - resulting in reduced revenues. We are not pleased with the reduced revenues, but we want to get our own device completed and commercialized to have the company realize the significantly higher margins than we can achieve from contract manufacturing of customer products.

So, I know it is very disappointing to have these numbers, but I am hopeful and firmly believe our strategy is best for the growth and profitability of the company.

I am watching but this annual report looks like a bad 4th q. Wil see if opps improve. Take a look at RELT. Low p/e, tiny float and about to report a .04/05 quarter. Either this one or next depending on when they sell the custom home they have built.
