i see this is still trading.this used to be one of the thinnest stocks out there.

which brokers allow short sales in ADEC? Etrade does not.

downloadable brochure from website claims a test by a Arizonia Department of Motor Vehicles but then claims "lower admission of emissions" - I am not sure what that could mean - seems to say they were injecting emissions ????? just does not make any sense (typical for company's with non-products).

very possible is another scheme/scam - at least the office building pictured on their website appears to match the address on their website. Quick look at adjacent office suites appears that must be just a single office - probably not enough room for a large sales office to answer the phone.

EDD - explanantion on their website does not seem to claim a Brown's Gas scheme - looks like is a small gasoline vaporizer (on a slipstream of the gasoline flow to the engine) and a recovery system to capture gasoline vapors from the PCV. As usual the claims of huge performance benefits are crap. So similar story and similar stock scheme to the usual Brown's Gas 'vendor".

No, just scammy imo testimonials on the site (including one from Alvarez himself, lol), along with an "independent" testing company that happens to be located in Scottsdale, Arizona of all places...it's basically a local performance car shop.

Unfortunately, imo, this is a waste of money. Oprah targets mostly women...or men who are not exactly blue collar. So a reader MAY click on the link, and then what? That reader looks through the site and MIGHT ask her husband or mechanic to look into it?

This is not a click thru impulse buy type item. For $200,000, they could of come up with a more viable ad campaign. Like any number of "Popular Science" type magazines or websites. Oh wait, my bad...that's already been done with ZERO success by different fuel saver gadget snakeoil companies so maybe they went the O route.

Thank you!! Did you read the prs?? They were not substantial by any means and i am appaled by the move to a buck.. With those prs i would think that .8 would of been pushing it.. They do have revenues due to the contracts of the 10,000 units they will be selling. They didnt disclose however how much revenue they would be generating on those transactions.. all that was stated is that they would go for just under 300$ per unit which is 1.5 mil.. But im sure they made a fraction of that at wholesale price.. Wouldnt be suprised to see a price reversal here if there isnt follow up prs.. But at the same time if they continue to streamline prs this thing could continue to climb north!
