Zero chance of a revival. Business has been dead for years. As in, zero business, non-existent office or employees, owner passed away years ago. This is just a shell.......
As for loading, no telling what makes a ticker/shell run....... could be that someone swoops in and takes over the name.....

Someone has been quietly loading this for a while. Very thin and any hint of a revival or custodianship sends this flying

Noticing that some Florida incorporated stocks ARE showing up as custodianship shells looking for merger partners. This looks like a perfect Custodianship possibility.

It is a shell... it is not a viable business.... no business at all... I went through this a few years ago already. Once the owner Jerry died in 2016, it was not long until they stopped doing any actual business.

Go ahead and try to call them or go and visit their office. Doesn't exist. This is nothing else but shenanigans. The SP may fluctuate a little because this has not been delisted yet, but this is not an actual company doing any actual business. There is nothing else here except share manipulation....

Covid has delayed the normal processes, so keeping and eye out... lotto here at this point... no one here up to shenanigans imo... but time will tell, thanks for your concern $ABPR could light up the sky’s

Fake website.

airbornesecuritycorp.net was their domain until 2015 then the domain expired.

All that happened is that some scammer bought the long expired domain and made it into a coming soon page.

I've seen this happen many times already with dead shells.

Wouldn't surprise me if you also get a fake twitter account or even a fake press release at some point.

I posted the facts about this abandoned shell back in 2018 the last time this was pumped using fake info:

The CEO Jerry Deutch died in 2016.

The Florida entity for ABPR is still administratively dissolved with no filings since 2016

If this shell was really under new ownership, then the first thing that would happen is it would be reinstated at the Florida SOS (long before you'd see any new website or press releases or filings).

That hasn't happened yet.

The OTC Market's page hasn't been updated. Like I said, that was the old domain from 2015 and before. It expired many years ago, and somebody not involved in the abandoned shell acquired it, probably to run a pump & dump scam on the Issuer.


As long as it remains a publicly traded zombie stock, trade it all you want, but take the time to understand what you are trading so you can make better decisions about how to trade it.

One thing that the stock market has taught me over the years is that every stock will have its day. I expect $ABPR to have its day too

The Angela Collette/Harry Zhang group is the only group I know of that has been active at all hijacking abandoned Florida shells.

They grabbed AGGI a few months back, but outside of the initial excitement from the reinstatement, not much has happened to that one I don't think.

In 2018 - 2019, there was some fake/illegal reinstatement plays on dead Florida business entities by scammers creating new business entities using the same name as the public tickers to fool gullible marks during social media pump & dumps, but that group has been under the scrutiny of the SEC and has become very quiet since then.


Since there are literally dozens of abandoned public shells registered at the Florida SOS and there has been almost no legitimate interest in these shells, I'd put the chances at pretty low that you'll see a custodianship petition filed for this one.

The custodianship petitioners are way more focused on the Nevada and Wyoming business entities because the court process along with and fees related to the whole process is more friendly in those states.

Why hasn’t this abandoned shell been petitioned in court by a guy like Joseph Acaro?

And the day will come when this trips stock with a low float has its day. The time will come. In the mean time... we wait for now

Nice little spurt of volume today, 100% buy volume thus far (12.8M shares). Very interesting.

This thing could run very hard and fast with such a low SS and float. If filings were to start flowing into OTCM this would be flirting with a penny in the blink of an eye. All IMO, of course.

ABPR got pumped and dumped on false information (about non-existent new contracts) in July of 2017 by people linked to what became one of the main fake PR groups. Those people were touting the airbornesecurityservice.com domain as a new website even though it had launched in 2015 and even though the CEO had died in 2016

I have it on watch as a candidate to possibly become a victim of fraud/stock manipulation in the future through a fake PR or something like that.

There are some real scum bags ruining the penny stock market. They seem to think they are untouchable, but some day they'll end up in prison. It is just a matter of time so hopefully they don't have families that will miss them because these scum bags obviously don't care about their families at all if they chose to break the law. All the money they have made committing securities frauds over the past 18 months can't be spent from behind bars and everything they bought with it can be seized and sold to pay off the fines and penalties after they are convicted.
