Wangton Capital Corp. Announces Transfer of Listing to the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Cancellation of Seed Shares

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Mar 17, 2014) - Wangton Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX-VENTURE:WT.P), a capital pool company, announces that it has received the required shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") approvals to transfer the Corporation's listing to the NEX board of the TSXV ("NEX") as a result of the Corporation's failure to complete a Qualifying Transaction (as defined in the policies of the TSXV) within the time period required by the TSXV. The transfer to NEX will be effective opening on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Also, the Corporation has received the required shareholder approval and has cancelled an aggregate of 220,000 Common Shares of the Corporation, representing one half of the seed Common Shares purchased by Non-Arms' Length Parties (as defined in the policies of the TSXV) of the Corporation, which shares were cancelled pursuant to the policies of the TSXV as a result of the Corporation's failure to complete a Qualifying Transaction within the time period required by the TSXV.
