Radisson Expands High-Grade Gold Mineralization Across Previously Undrilled "Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap" at the O'Brien Gold ProjectJune 1, 2026 6:30 AM
NewsfileRouyn-Noranda, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - June 1, 2026) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to announce new assay results from its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project ("O'Brien" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Québec. Today's results are from two pilot holes and five associated wedge branches targeting the "Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap", an area of little previous drilling extending over an approximate 800 metre vertical extent in the central portion of the Project. Six of the seven drill holes have returned significant intercepts of high-grade gold mineralization, with important implications for future mineral resources and mining continuity. These results are the latest from the Company's ongoing 140,000-metre step-out drill program and continue to extend the scope of gold mineralization beyond the Company's recent updated March 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE"). Highlights (Figure 1 and Table 1) include:OB-26-387W2 intersected 7.57 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au") over 9.7 metres (core length) including 52.75 g/t Au over 1.1 metre;OB-26-386W1 intersected 3.43 g/t Au over 13.4 metres including 8.63 g/t Au over 1.0 metres and including 10.26 g/t Au over 1.0 metres and including 8.24 g/t Au over 1.0 metres;OB-26-387W3 intersected 66.93 g/t Au over 1.0 metres and 24.97 g/t Au over 1.0 metres;OB-26-387W4 intersected 69.05 g/t Au over 1.0 metres and 5.28 g/t Au over 1.0 metres;Matt Manson, President and CEO: "Since late 2024 we have been engaged in an aggressive 140,000-metre program of step-out drilling at the O'Brien Gold Project with the objective of testing the full scope of mineralization down to a 2-kilometre floor. We recently announced plans to extend our exploration ambition further, with new deep drilling and directional wedging to a depth of 2.5-kilometres. At the same time, we are targeting under-explored areas at shallower depths. Previous drilling at O'Brien has defined steeply plunging mineralization "Trends" separated by "Gaps" (Figure 1). This pattern of mineralization defines the character of our mineral resource block model and influences our exploration targeting. An outstanding question has been whether these Trends reflect actual, large-scale structural controls on mineralization or are simply a feature of insufficient drilling. Today's results, targeting the important "Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap" which has a top to bottom vertical extent of 800 metres (Figure 2), support our belief that, in this area at least, mineralization is laterally continuous. This has important implications for mineral resource updates in the centre of the Project, the character of the Project's distribution of mineralization, stope continuity in mine design, and the location of infrastructure such as drifts and ramps in a future potential mine. Six of seven drill holes completed in this area returned intercepts with thicknesses and grades consistent with the Project's mineral resources, maintaining the high success rate of the ongoing step-out drill program. Results from additional directional wedges in the Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap, and from additional deeper drilling below the historical mine workings and the base of the current mineral resources, are expected shortly."Figure 1: Longitudinal Vertical Section and Plan View of Gold Vein Mineralization and Mineral Resources at the O'Brien Gold Project, with Today's Drill Holes IllustratedTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:

This drilling is accomplished with pilot holes followed by wedges and directional drilling to maximize drill efficiency and minimize costs. In October 2025, Radisson announced the expansion of the step-out drill program to 140,000 metres employing an eventual eight drill rigs (see Radisson news release dated October 16, 2025). The O'Brien Gold Project Mineral Resource Estimate effective January 31, 2026 utilizes a 2.20 g/t Au bottom cutoff, a US$2,500 gold price, a minimum mining width of 1.2 metres, and a 60 g/t Au upper cap on individual assays. Intercepts presented in Table 1 are calculated with a 3.00 g/t Au bottom cut-off. Sample grades are uncapped. True widths, based on depth of intercept and drill hole inclination, are estimated to be 30-80% of core length. Table 3 presents additional drill intercepts calculated with a 1.00 g/t bottom cut-off over a minimum 1.0 metre core length so as to illustrate the frequency and continuity of mineralized intervals within which high-grade gold veins at O'Brien are developed. Lithology Codes: PON-S3: Pontiac Sediments; V3-S, V3-N, V3-CEN: Basalt-South, North, Central; S1P, S3P: Conglomerate and Greywackes; POR-S, POR-N: Porphyry South, North; TX: Crystal Tuff; ZFLLC: Larder Lake-Cadillac Fault ZoneThe origin of the step-out drill program was the deep pilot hole OB-24-337, which was the first exploration drill hole located below the former mine workings since mining ended in 1957. This hole intersected 31.24 g/t Au over 8.0 metres, including 242.0 g/t Au over 1.0 metre at approximately 1,500 metres vertical depth (see Radisson news release dated December 16, 2024). Fifteen wedge branches were completed from OB-24-337 delineating up to eight gold-bearing veins over a 250-metre x 700-metre area (see Radisson news release dated February 12, 2026). In March 2026, Radisson published an interim update in the Project's mineral resources, showing meaningful growth based on the on-going drilling (see Radisson news release dated March 2, 2026). The focus of the step-out drill program today has been the extension of mineralization at depth, with an exploration floor of 2 kilometres depth, and recently announced plans to extend this drilling to 2.5 kilometres depth (see Radisson news release dated May 28, 2026). Given the character of neighbouring gold deposits and the wealth of mining infrastructure within or close to the O'Brien Gold Project, Radisson believes that significant exploration potential exists to these depths, and such mineralization might reasonably be expected to be developed.Figure 3: Vertical Section Through the "Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap" with Today's New Drill ResultsTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:
https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/299584_64e14e0c14d2f9fc_004full.jpgIn addition to the progressively deeper drilling, the 140,000-metre program includes targeting of areas within the O'Brien geological model that have not previously been tested and offer the potential for additional mineral resources at shallower depths. As exploration drilling at O'Brien has progressed over the last several years, high-grade intercepts and vein delineations have typically been followed up with additional drilling on steep east plunging trends. This is consistent with the observation of steeply plunging high-grade shoots in the historical O'Brien mine, from surface trenching, and from the orientation of grade trends in the MRE. This exploration strategy has resulted in a number of large-scale mineralization "Trends 0 to 5" being delineated, with intervening "gaps". These gaps are typically defined by a lack of drilling rather than a lack of mineralization. Significant gaps include between the former mine and "Trend 0", and a gap of 800 metres vertical extent between "Trends 1 and 2" (Figures 1 and 2). Pilot holes OB-26-386 and OB-26-387 were established to target the Trend 1-Trend 2 Gap at approximately 500 and 1,000 metres vertical depth (Figure 3). Multiple directional wedge branches were established from each pilot hole. Today's results from the two pilot holes and the 5 directional wedges completed to date have all returned intercepts of gold mineralization in the characteristic quartz-sulphide-gold veins and alteration envelops developed within the conglomerate, porphyry and volcanic units of the Piché Group. Six of the seven returned intercepts with grades and thicknesses consistent with the Project's mineral resources. Drillhole OB-26-386W1 returned a thick 13.4-metre (core length) intercept averaging 3.43 g/t Au and including three separate 1-metre vein intervals grading 8.63 g/t Au, 10.26 g/t Au and 8.24 g/t Au respectively. Drill hole OB-26-387W2 also returned a thick zone of alteration grading 7.57 g/t Au over 9.7 metres, including a vein interval grading 52.75 g/t Au over 1.1 metres. Drill holes OB-26-387W3 and OB-26-387W4 multiple 1-metre vein intercepts with grades of 66.93 g/t Au, 24.97 g/t Au, 69.05 g/t Au and 5.28 g/t Au (Table 1, Figures 1 and 3).The implication of these results is that continuity of mineralization at O'Brien, which is well established vertically in the drill data and from the historic mine, can also be established laterally between what were previously thought to be discrete mineralization trends. In addition, the presence of a gap in the mineral resource block model between Trends 1 and 2 drives a gap between mining areas and mine infrastructure planning, as was demonstrated in the mine design contained within Radisson's July 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for the Project (Figure 2). Additional mineral resources in these under-drilled gaps will also benefit the density of mineralization at the Project, which is a common measure of economic viability and capital efficiency in underground mine design. In more general terms, the observation of six holes out of seven returning high-grade intercepts with grade and thicknesses consistent with the Project's mineral resources ("hits", per Table 2) from drill holes targeting non-resource areas is another example of the high-rate of success of the current step-out drill program at O'Brien, and the extent of the O'Brien gold mineralizing system (Figure 4). Gold, along with pyrite and arsenopyrite, is typically associated with shearing and a pervasive biotite alteration, and developed within multiple Piché Group lithologies and, occasionally, the hanging-wall Pontiac and footwall Cadillac meta-sedimentary rocks. As mapped at the historic O'Brien mine, and now replicated in the modern drilling, individual veins are generally narrow, ranging from several centimetres up to several metres in thickness and are associated with broader, mineralized alteration envelopes. Multiple veins occur sub-parallel to each other, as well as sub-parallel to the Piché lithologies and the LLCB. Individual veins have well-established lateral continuity, with steeply plunging grade shoots developed over significant lengths. Based on the historic data available, it is clear that the former mine was "high-graded", with mining focussed on a main central stope and parallel veins identified but left undeveloped. The historic O'Brien mine produced over half a million ounces of gold from such veins and shoots at an average grade exceeding 15 g/t Au and over a vertical extent of at least 1,000 metres. Modern exploration has focussed on delineating well-developed vein mineralization to the east of the historic mine within a series of repeating trends (Trend #s 0 to 5).Figure 4: Deep Step-Out Drill Holes Completed and/or Published by the Company Since March 2026To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:

Hole lengths for wedges represent meterage from point of wedge.QA/QCAll drill cores in this campaign are NQ in size. Assays were completed on sawn half-cores, with the second half kept for future reference. Drill core samples are sent to MSALABS's analytical laboratory located in Val-d'Or, Québec, for preparation and gold analysis. The entire sample is dried and crushed (70% passing a 2-millimetre sieve) and split to 500 g. The analysis for gold is performed on an approximately 500 g aliquot using Chrysos PhotonAssay™ technology. Mineralized zones containing visible gold were analyzed to extinction whereby the entire sample is split into multiple jars, each is analysed by PhotonAssay, and the average of the results is used for reporting. Standard reference materials, blank samples and duplicates were inserted for quality assurance and quality control.MSALABS operates under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, utilizing industry-standard QA/QC frameworks for gold analysis. By integrating blanks, duplicates, and CRMs into their workflows, the laboratory adheres to established benchmarks that ensure precise, reliable, and verifiable results.QP DisclosureDisclosure of a scientific or technical nature in this news release was prepared under the supervision of Mr. Richard Nieminen, P.Geo, (QC), a geological consultant for Radisson and a Qualified Person for purposes of NI 43-101. Radisson Announces Closing of Bought Deal Financing for $25 MillionMay 28, 2026 2:58 PM
NewsfileToronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 28, 2026) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced "bought deal" private placement pursuant to which the Company issued a total of 18,115,797 Class A common shares of the Company that each qualify as "flow-through shares" (within the meaning of subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)) as part of a charity arrangement (the "FT Shares"), at a price of $1.38 per FT Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $24,999,800 (the "Offering"). The 18,115,797 FT Shares issued under the Offering include 2,174,000 FT Shares issued and sold pursuant to the full exercise of the option granted by the Company to the Underwriters.Matt Manson, President and CEO: "We are very grateful for the strong support demonstrated for this financing from existing and new shareholders. In October 2025, we expanded our successful deep, step-out drill program at the O'Brien Gold Project to what will be an eventual 140,000 metres with up to eight drill rigs. The drill program is ongoing, and in March of this year we demonstrated its value with an interim, and meaningful, increase in the estimate of the Project's mineral resources. With this financing completed, we can now (i) plan the expansion and extension of our drilling through to the end of 2027, (ii) manage our capital resources more efficiently with our "flow-through" eligible exploration expenditures, and (iii) establish a strong treasury to support project development activities and project de-risking. In particular, our step-out drilling ambition is to go deeper. Until now, our exploration horizon has been to a floor of 2 kilometers depth. Results to date indicate extensive gold mineralization with good continuity beneath the former mine and the current mineral resources to at least 1.9 kilometers depth (see Radisson news release dated April 30, 2026). Given the character of neighboring gold deposits and the wealth of mining infrastructure within or close to the O'Brien Gold Project, we now intend to extend our exploration to a depth of 2.5 kilometers with new deep drilling and directional wedging. We believe that O'Brien gold mineralization has the potential to extend to at least these depths, that such mineralization offers the potential for significant new mineral resources in excess of our current exploration target, and that these mineral resources might be reasonably expected to be developed." The Company will use an amount equal to the gross proceeds from the sale of the FT Shares, pursuant to the provisions in the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the "Tax Act"), to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses" that qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" (as both terms are defined in the Tax Act) (the "Qualifying Expenditures") in connection with the exploration of the O'Brien Gold Project, including deep drilling beyond the scope of the current program, on or before December 31, 2027. The Company will renounce all such Qualifying Expenditures in favour of the subscribers of the FT Shares effective December 31, 2026. In the event the Company is unable to renounce Qualifying Expenditures effective on or prior to December 31, 2026 for each FT Share purchased in an aggregate amount not less than the gross proceeds raised from the issue of the FT Shares, the Company will indemnify each FT Share subscriber, as applicable, for the additional taxes payable by such subscriber as a result of the Company's failure to renounce the Qualifying Expenditures as agreed. The Offering was completed pursuant to an underwriting agreement dated May 28, 2026 between the Company and a syndicate of underwriters led by ATB Cormark Capital Markets (collectively, the "Underwriters"). In consideration for the services provided to the Company in connection with the Offering, the Underwriters received an aggregate cash commission equal to $1,316,792.99, representing (i) 6% of the gross proceeds of the Offering with respect to the FT Shares sold to purchasers not on the President's List, and (ii) 3% of the gross proceeds of the Offering with respect to the FT Shares sold to purchasers on the President's List, provided that no commission was paid with respect to certain U.S. Purchasers under the President's List (the "Cash Commission"). The Cash Commission was paid by the Company with existing cash on hand. The Offering remains subject to the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.Subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and in accordance with National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions ("NI 45-106"), the FT Shares have been offered for sale to purchasers resident in all provinces of Canada pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of NI 45-106, as amended by Coordinated Blanket Order 45-935 - Exemptions from Certain Conditions of the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (the "Listed Issuer Financing Exemption"). The FT Shares issued under the Offering to purchasers resident in Canada under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption will not be subject to a hold period pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws. An amended offering document related to the Offering and the use by the Company of the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption can be accessed under the Company's profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and on the Company's website at www.radissonmining.com.This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of any of the securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful, including any of the securities in the United States. Radisson Extends High-Grade Gold Mineralization at O'Brien to 1.9 Kilometres Depth with Latest Drill ResultsApril 30, 2026 6:30 AM
NewsfileRouyn-Noranda, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - April 30, 2026) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from sixteen new drill holes completed at its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project ("O'Brien" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Québec. Of note, today's results include significant intercepts of high-grade gold in the new pilot hole OB-26-384 at 1.9 kilometres vertical depth, the deepest hole ever drilled at the Project. These results are the latest from the Company's ongoing 140,000-metre step-out drill program and extend the scope of gold mineralization beyond the Company's recent updated March 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate. Highlights include (summarized below, and in Figure 1):OB-26-384, the deepest hole ever drilled at the O'Brien Gold Project, intersected 4.54 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au") over 12.0 metres (core length) including 16.85 g/t Au over 1.0 metre and including 12.87 g/t Au over 1.0 metre and 7.21 g/t Au over 2.0 metres including 9.91 g/t Au over 1.0 metre; OB-25-378W2 intersected 5.96 g/t Au over 6.9 metres including 8.77 g/t Au over 3.7 metres and 11.65 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and 8.77 g/t Au over 1.3 metres;OB-26-385W1 intersected 20.39 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and 16.61 g/t Au over 1.5 metres;OB-26-385 intersected 4.13 g/t Au over 4.7 metres including 15.29 g/t Au over 1.0 metre and 5.55 g/t Au over 1.2 metres;Matt Manson, President and CEO: "Since late 2024 we have been engaged in an aggressive 140,000-metre program of step-out drilling at the O'Brien Gold Project with the objective of testing the full scope of mineralization down to a 2-kilometre floor. Drill results reported through the course of 2025 and early 2026 confirmed the presence of an increasingly significant, high-grade gold vein system beneath the historic O'Brien mine workings and below the modern mineral resource area. On March 2nd we published an interim update to the Project's Mineral Resource Estimate with a meaningful 82% increase in Inferred Mineral Resources based on the drilling completed to that date. Now, we are reporting additional high-grade results that extend the scope of mineralization further still. The headline result is from new pilot hole OB-26-384, the deepest drill hole ever completed at the Project, which has returned multiple high-grade intercepts of gold in classic vein settings at 1,900 metres vertical depth, a full 350 metres below the current limit of mineral resources in this area (Figure 1). Overall, seven out of seven holes completed in the central "O'Brien" and "East O'Brien" target areas have returned intercepts with thicknesses and gold grades consistent with the Project's mineral resources, giving an overall success rate of 79% for the step-out drilling completed to date. A fence of nine shallow holes in the lower-priority "Thompson-Cadillac" area have confirmed the extension of the Project's mineralizing system west of the historic mine, albeit at lower average grades. Looking forward, seven drill rigs are active at the Project, with twenty-two additional holes completed or in progress, thirteen of which have returned visible gold intercepts." Intercepts presented in Table 1 are calculated with a 3.00 g/t Au bottom cut-off. Drill holes OB-26-388 and 389 at Thompson-Cadillac did not return any intercepts averaging above 1.00 g/t Au. Lithology Codes: PON-S3: Pontiac Sediments; V3-S, V3-N, V3-CEN: Basalt-South, North, Central; S1P, S3P: Conglomerate; POR-S, POR-N: Porphyry South, North; TX: Crystal Tuff; ZFLLC: Larder Lake-Cadillac Fault ZoneStep-Out Drilling at O'BrienSince the end of 2024, Radisson has been pursuing a program of broad step-outs beneath the historic O'Brien Gold mine and the existing mineral resources designed to test the extent of mineralization at the Project. This drilling is accomplished with pilot holes followed by wedges and directional drilling to maximize drill efficiency. In October 2025, Radisson announced the expansion of the step-out drill program to 140,000 metres employing an eventual eight drill rigs (see Radisson news release dated October 16, 2025). Since this program began, 79% of completed drill holes have intersected gold mineralization with grades and core-lengths consistent with the Project's Mineral Resources, including the results published today (Table 2). Radisson publishes the results of all completed drill holes. https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/295118_9c85cad7c404bb29_003full.jpgThe origin of the step-out drill program was the deep pilot hole OB-24-337, which was the first exploration drill hole located below the former mine workings since mining ended in 1957. This hole intersected 31.24 g/t Au over 8.0 metres, including 242.0 g/t Au over 1.0 metre at approximately 1,500 metres vertical depth (see Radisson news release dated December 16, 2024). Fifteen wedge branches were completed from OB-24-337 delineating up to eight gold-bearing veins over a 250-metre x 700-metre area (see Radisson news release dated February 12, 2026), contributing significant new mineral resources in the March 2026 update. Pilot hole OB-26-384, which is highlighted in today's news release, is the deepest hole ever drilled at the O'Brien Gold Project and has been positioned to test the downward plunge of mineralization in "Trend #1" (Figures 1 and 2). This hole returned (in core lengths) 4.54 g/t Au over 12.0 metres including 16.85 g/t Au over 1.0 metre and also including 12.87 g/t Au over 1.0 metre at 1,900 metres vertical depth, 350 metres beneath the base of the mineral resource area above and approaching the 2-kilometre exploration floor. The observed gold mineralization is within characteristic quartz-sulphide-gold veins and alteration envelops developed within the conglomerate and porphyry units of the Piché Group, consistent with the mineralization observed at higher elevations (Figure 2). This represents a significant potential expansion in the scope of mineralization at the Project. Wedge branches from this new pilot hole are ongoing. Today's results also include the first assays from pilot hole OB-26-385 and its first wedge branch (385W1) drilled between the OB-24-337 drill pattern and the base of the historic workings at approximately 1,100 metres vertical depth, and the first wedge branches from pilot hole OB-25-378 (378W1 and 378W2) drilled below the 337 pattern at approximately 1,700 metres vertical depth (Figure 1). All of these holes have returned multiple intercepts with high grades over characteristic vein intervals, such as (in core lengths) 20.39 g/t Au over 1.5 metres, 16.61 g/t Au over 1.5 metres, 4.13 g/t Au over 4.7 metres including 15.29 g/t Au over 1.0 metres, 11.65 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and 5.96 g/t Au over 6.9 metres including 8.77 g/t Au over 3.7 metres. These results demonstrate the up-dip and down-dip continuity of this newly delineated vein system, and additional wedge branches in these areas are also ongoing.Table 2: Drill Results Published for the O'Brien Gold Project since December 2024Date of PublicationTotal Number of Drill HolesDrill Holes with Intercepts >+3g/tSuccess Rate (%)April 30th, 2026-O'Brien77100%April 30th, 2026-Thompson-Cadillac9222%January 27th, 202677100%January 6th, 20266583%October 28th 2025151387%September 8th, 2025151387%July 16th, 2025141179%April 2nd, 202533100%February 26th, 2025201575%December 16th, 202411100%Total977779% Gold Mineralization at O'BrienGold mineralizing quartz-sulphide veins at O'Brien occur within a thin band of interlayered mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates, and porphyritic andesitic sills of the Piché Group occurring in contact with the east-west oriented Larder Lake-Cadillac Break ("LLCB"). Modern exploration has focussed on delineating well developed vein mineralization to the east of the historic mine, with additional high-grade shoots becoming evident in the exploration data over what has been described as a series of repeating trends (Trend #s 0 to 5). QA/QCAll drill cores in this campaign are NQ in size. Assays were completed on sawn half-cores, with the second half kept for future reference. Drill core samples are sent to MSALABS's analytical laboratory located in Val-d'Or, Québec, for preparation and gold analysis. The entire sample is dried and crushed (70% passing a 2-millimeter sieve) and split to 500 g. With Step-Out Drilling Continuing, Radisson Demonstrates Meaningful Resource Growth at O'Brien with an Updated Mineral Resource EstimateMarch 2, 2026 6:30 AM
NewsfileRouyn-Noranda, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - March 2, 2026) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQB: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to report an updated Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") at its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project ("O'Brien" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Québec. The Company is currently undertaking a fully-funded 140,000-metre step-out drill program at the Project with the objective of determining the scope of mineralization to a depth of 2 kilometres. This program commenced in 2025 and is expected to continue through the first half of 2027. Today's updated MRE is an interim report that demonstrates the impact of recent drilling successes completed as of December 31, 2025. Highlights include:82% increase in Inferred Mineral Resources from step-out drilling intersecting new mineralization, with 1.69 million ounces ("Moz") in 10.37 million tonnes ("Mt") at 5.08 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au"); 8% increase in Indicated Mineral Resources with 0.63 Moz in 3.49 Mt at 5.59 g/t Au;Estimated using US$2,500/oz Au and 2.2 g/t Au cut-off, with a refined geological model and capping strategy, establishing the go-forward basis for future, modern mine development. Matt Manson, President and CEO: "Today we report the first of several planned, step-by-step updates to the MRE at the O'Brien Gold Project, quantifying the impact of our recent drilling success and establishing a clear foundation for future, modern mine development. With just 25% of our 140,000 metre step-out drill program completed, the new vein mineralization delineated beneath the historic mine workings and the previous mineral resource volume (Radisson news release dated February 12, 2026) has resulted in an 82% increase in the quantity of Inferred Mineral Resources, now 1.69 Moz (10.37 Mt at 5.08 g/t Au). At the same time, we have refined the estimate of Indicated Mineral Resources, incorporating more tonnes at a lower average grade for an 8% increase in contained ounces, now 0.63 Moz (3.49 Mt at 5.59 g/t Au). Our estimates utilize a 2.2 g/t Au cut-off at a reasonable gold price assumption of US$2,500/oz.""The former O'Brien Mine was known for high-grade ore-shoots mined in small volumes. Mining ended in 1957 with the gold price at US$35/oz. Significant volumes of mineralized vein material, below what we believe to have been a 7 g/t to 8 g/t Au cut-off, were left untouched. Now, we are presenting the Project as it should be viewed for future development: not as a bespoke deposit of extreme grade and limited scale, but as an extensive Abitibi vein deposit with a substantial inventory of mineralized material amenable to modern mechanized mining at higher throughput." "Our step-out drill campaign at O'Brien is ongoing with up to eight rigs. We expect to complete 72,500 metres in 2026 and 32,500 metres in the first half of 2027. This is in addition to the meterage supporting today's updated MRE. The vein mineralization system we have been intersecting is open at depth. In fact, since our step-out drilling began in the fall of 2024, we have been seeing an impressive 84% success rate in intercepting classic O'Brien quartz-sulphide-gold veins with grades and thicknesses consistent with today's updated MRE. Looking to a 2-kilometre exploration floor, we believe an appropriate Exploration Target at O'Brien is another 5 Mt to 10 Mt at grades of between 4.0 g/t and 6.0 g/t Au containing 0.6 Moz to 2.0 Moz. We expect to complete further step-by-step updates to the MRE as our drilling progresses."Cautionary statement: Readers are cautioned Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. The estimate of mineral resources may be materially affected by environmental, permitting, legal, title, socio-political, marketing, or other relevant issues including risks set forth in Radisson's filings made with Canadian securities regulatory authorities. The potential quantity and grade of an Exploration Target is conceptual in nature, there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.A video presentation of today's news by Matt Manson can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IZwSSYbO70.Mineral Resource Estimate (effective January 31, 2026)The MRE is based on 428,440 metres of drilling completed to the end of December 31, 2025, and has been authored by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. ("SLR"). The estimate utilizes a 2.2 g/t Au cut-off at US$2,500/oz and makes certain assumptions on mining and processing costs, currency exchange rate, and metallurgical recovery (Table 1 and Figure 1). A wireframe vein model prepared by Radisson and reviewed by SLR constrains the estimate and applies a minimum width of 1.2 metres. Individual assays are capped at 60 g/t Au prior to compositing to full width of the veins, and the block model utilizes 5 by 2 by 5 metre blocks consistent with recent mine design studies.Table 1: Mineral Resource Estimate, Effective January 31, 2026CategoryTonnes (kt)Grade (g/t Au)Oz (koz Au)Indicated3,4935.59628Inferred10,3685.081,692Notes: Prepared in accordance with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) Definition Standards (2014) and Best Practice Guidelines of Mineral Resources and Reserves (2019).Mineral resources are reported above a cut-off grade of 2.2 g/t Au based on a C$215/t operating cost, a long-term gold price of US$2,500/oz Au, a US$/C$ exchange rate of 1:1.33, and a metallurgical recovery of 90%. Wireframes were modelled at a minimum width of 1.2 m.Bulk density varies by deposit and lithology and ranges from 2.76 t/m³ to 2.87 t/m³. Individual assays were capped at 60 g/t Au prior to compositing to full vein width.Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Numbers may not add due to rounding. An MRE for the Project was previously published in March 2023 (Radisson news release dated March 2, 2023) based on 325,509 metres of drilling completed to the end of 2022. Indicated Mineral Resources (effective March 2, 2023) were estimated at 0.50 Moz (1.52 Mt at 10.26 g/t Au) with additional Inferred Mineral Resources of 0.45 Moz (1.60 Mt at 8.66 g/t Au). The 2023 study applied a 4.5 g/t Au cut-off at US$1,600/oz Au.In July 2025, Radisson published a Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for the Project that utilized the 2023 estimate re-blocked by SLR in the Z-direction from 10 metres to 5 metres to allow for more flexible underground mine design. A cut-off of 2.2 g/t Au at US$2,000/oz Au and an updated set of economic criteria were applied in the re-blocking exercise consistent with the parameters used for the optimization of the PEA's underground mine schedule. No other changes were made. Indicated Mineral Resources (effective May 6, 2025) were estimated at 0.58 Moz (2.20 Mt at 8.22 g/t Au) with additional Inferred Mineral Resources of 0.93 Moz (6.67 Mt at 4.35 g/t Au). The updated MRE released today benefits from 66,387 metres of additional drilling in 122 drill holes conducted between 2023 and 2025, which is the most significant factor in the increase of Inferred Mineral Resources (Figure 2). Radisson has also validated an additional 36,544 meters of historic drilling. The updated MRE utilizes similar estimation parameters to previously, but a more restrictive approach to capping. In the March 2023 estimate, and as incorporated in the re-blocked May 2025Figure 1: Block Models for the Mineral Resource Estimates Effective May 6, 2025 (Top) with Recently Published Drill Results and the Updated MRE Effective January 31, 2026 (Bottom) To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:
https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/285831_ef6502aeb443086a_001full.jpgestimate, capping at 40 g/t Au was applied to the full-length composites. In the updated MRE, capping has been applied at 60 g/t Au to the underlying assays prior to compositing. This has the effect of reducing the average grade by approximately 12%, and in the opinion of Radisson and SLR is an appropriate approach to a narrow high-grade vein deposit such as O'Brien. https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/285831_ef6502aeb443086a_002full.jpgCompared to previous estimates, the aggregate impact on the Indicated Mineral Resources of the new drilling, the 2.2 g/t Au cut-off, and the updated capping strategy has been to add more tonnes at a lower average grade for an overall increase in contained ounces. The aggregate impact of these three factors on the Inferred Mineral Resources has been the addition of more tonnes at a higher average grade for an overall increase in contained ounces. Indicated Mineral Resources have increased by 8% to 0.63 Moz, based on an increase in tonnes of 58% to 3.49 Mt and a decrease in grade of 32% to 5.59 g/t Au. Inferred Mineral Resources have increased by 82% to 1.69 Moz, based on an increase in tonnage of 55% to 10.37 Mt and an increase in grade of 17% to 5.08 g/t Au. O'Brien's system of Quartz-Sulphide-Gold vein mineralization remains open to depth across a broad front beneath the historic mine workings and the updated MRE. The potential continuation of this mineralization to a 2 kilometres depth defines an Exploration Target of an additional 5 Mt to 10 Mt at grades of between 4.0 g/t and 6.0 g/t Au containing 0.6 Moz to 2.0 Moz. The potential quantity and grade of an Exploration Target is conceptual in nature, there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.Table 2: Sensitivities of the Mineral Resource Estimate Based on Cut-OffTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:
https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/285831_ef6502aeb443086a_003full.jpgA New Vision for the O'Brien Gold ProjectThe historic O'Brien mine produced over half a million ounces of gold at an average grade exceeding 15 g/t Au. It is clear that the former mine was "high-graded", with manual mining methods applied to the highest-grade veins and ore shoots at an estimated cut-off grade of 7 g/t to 8 g/t Au. Parallel but lower-grade mineralized zones, which would be well above an economic cut-off grade today, were left unmined. The updated MRE does not incorporate any mineral resources potentially remaining in the former mine. However, in applying the lower grade cut-off of 2.2 g/t Au based on a gold-price estimate of US$2,500, the new estimate captures the overall volume attributes of the O'Brien mineralizing system, with more tonnes and more ounces at a lower average grade. This has the benefit of improving the continuity of mineralization for future mine planning, with larger stopes and more development headings supporting a higher potential mining rate. The Project has existing mining infrastructure to support such a vision, such as a shaft in the former mine extending to a 1,000 metres depth and multiple mills in the region with significant future capacity.Table 2 illustrates sensitivities on Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources and the MRE block model based on cut-off grade. These are:a) 8.0 g/t Au (US$700/oz) representing the former mine, b) 4.5 g/t Au (US$1,250/oz) representing the MRE effective March 2, 2023,c) 2.2 g/t Au (US$2,500/oz) representing the updated MRE, and d) 1.5 g/t Au (US$3,800/oz) representing the recent long-term consensus price of gold. The comparison clearly indicates the relationship between volume and grade based on cut-off, the directionality of steeply-plunging grade shoots at O'Brien, and the increased continuity of mineralization achieved at progressively lower cut-offs. Gold Mineralization at O'Brien and Step-Out Drill ProgramGold mineralization at O'Brien occurs within quartz-sulphide veins developed primarily within the interlayered mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates, and porphyritic andesitic sills of the Piché Group occurring in contact with the regionally significant Larder Lake-Cadillac Break ("LLCB"). Individual veins are generally narrow, ranging from several centimetres up to several metres in thickness, and are associated with mineralized alteration envelopes of up to several metres in thickness. Multiple veins occur sub-parallel to each other, as well as sub-parallel to the Piché lithologies and the LLCB. As mapped at the historic O'Brien mine, and now replicated in the modern drilling, individual veins have well-established lateral continuity, with steeply plunging grade shoots developed over significant lengths. Since the end of 2024, Radisson has been pursuing a program of broad step-out drilling at O'Brien with the objective of determining the overall scope of mineralization at the Project to a depth of 2 kilometres (Figure 1). The priority is the quantity and distribution of mineral resources with step-outs rather than in-filling to upgrade the classification of the existing mineral resources. This drilling is accomplished with pilot holes followed by wedges and directional drilling to maximize drill efficiency. In October 2025, Radisson announced the expansion of the program to 140,000 metres employing an eventual eight drill rigs (see Radisson news release dated October 16, 2025). An initial 35,000 metres of the program were completed in 2025, with 72,500 metres budgeted for 2026, and a further 32,500 metres scheduled for the first half of 2027.QP DisclosureDisclosure of a scientific or technical nature in this news release was prepared under the supervision of Mr. Richard Nieminen, P.Geo., (QC), a geological consultant for Radisson and a Qualified Person for purposes of NI 43-101. Radisson Highlights Developing Vein Model at O'Brien Gold Project with Implications for Future Growth and Mine PlanningFebruary 12, 2026 6:30 AM
NewsfileRouyn-Noranda, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - February 12, 2026) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to present an overview of ongoing geological modelling at its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project ("O'Brien" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Québec. This news release focusses on significant new vein-hosted mineralization beneath the historic O'Brien gold mine emerging from the Company's continuing and fully funded 140,000 metre step-out drill program. Since late 2024, fifteen drill wedges have been completed from pilot hole OB-24-337, delineating a coherent system of at least eight parallel veins demonstrating continuity of mineralization with the former mine workings. These veins have now been delineated over a 250 metre x 700 metre area, with implications for future mineral resource growth and mine planning. Matt Manson, President and CEO: "In today's news release, we are drawing attention to the geological model that is developing in concert with the drill results we have been publishing over the past 12 months. As of the date of our most recent news release on January 27, 2026, we have been seeing success across the breadth of the Project, with an impressive 84% success rate in intercepting gold mineralization in classic O'Brien quartz-sulphide-gold veins with grades and thicknesses consistent with the Project's mineral resources. In this news release, we are drawing attention to the multi-vein system being delineated below the former mine, and the continuity of high-grade intercepts that support our geological understanding. Our 140,000-metre step-out drill program is scheduled to continue with eight active drill rigs through 2026 and into the first half of 2027. As this drill program progresses, the volume of drill-delineated gold mineralization at the Project is growing. To illustrate this growth, we intend to issue a series of step-by-step updates to our Mineral Resource Estimate, with the first expected prior to the end of the first quarter of 2026. These updates will present the Project as it should be viewed for future development: not as a bespoke deposit of extreme grade and limited scale, but as an extensive Abitibi vein deposit with a substantial inventory of mineralized material amenable to modern mechanized mining. Today's release is designed to illustrate the confidence we are developing in the geological model that supports this vision."Gold Mineralization at O'BrienGold mineralization at O'Brien occurs within quartz-sulphide veins developed primarily within the interlayered mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates, and porphyritic andesitic sills of the Piché Group occurring in contact with the regionally significant Larder Lake-Cadillac Break ("LLCB"). Individual veins are generally narrow, ranging from several centimetres up to several metres in thickness, and are associated with mineralized alteration envelopes of up to several metres in thickness. Multiple veins occur sub-parallel to each other, as well as sub-parallel to the Piché lithologies and the LLCB.As mapped at the historic O'Brien mine, and now replicated in the modern drilling, individual veins have well-established lateral continuity, with steeply plunging grade shoots developed over significant lengths. The historic O'Brien mine produced over half a million ounces of gold from such veins and shoots at an average grade exceeding 15 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au") and over a vertical extent of at least 1,000 metres.140,000-Metre Step-Out Drill ProgramSince the end of 2024, Radisson has been pursuing a program of broad step-out drilling at O'Brien with the objective of determining the overall scope of mineralization at the Project to a depth of 2 kilometres. The priority is the quantity and distribution of mineral resources with step-outs rather than in-filling to upgrade the classification of the existing mineral resources. This drilling is accomplished with pilot holes followed by wedges and directional drilling to maximize drill efficiency. In October, 2025 Radisson announced the expansion of the program to 140,000 metres employing an eventual eight drill rigs (see Radisson news release dated October 16, 2025). An initial 35,000 metres of the program were completed in 2025, with 72,500 metres budgeted for 2026, and a further 32,500 metres scheduled for the first half of 2027.The scope of the drill program is broad, with up to eight rigs to be deployed to drill beneath the breadth of the former mine ("O'Brien Mine East" and "West"), beneath the modern mineral resources to the east ("Trend #s 1 to 4"), and at the Thompson-Cadillac area west of the O'Brien mine, which will be drilled for the first time since 2021. Objectives will be reassessed progressively based on results obtained. Since the program began, 84% of completed drill holes have intersected gold mineralization with grades and core-lengths consistent with the Project's Mineral Resources (see Radisson news release dated January 27, 2026; Figure 1).Figure 1: Deep Step-Out Drill Holes Completed and Reported by the Company between December 2024 and January 27, 2026To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:
https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/283653_eebb572a04b9c9f2_001full.jpgA particular focus of this step-out drill program has been to explore below the principal area of historic workings ("O'Brien Mine East") where mining operations ceased in 1957 at the 1,000 metre level. In December 2024, Radisson released the results of deep pilot hole OB-24-337 which intersected 31.24 g/t Au over 8.0 metres, including 242.0 g/t Au over 1.0 metre at approximately 1,500 metres vertical depth, 500 metres below the final mining stope (see Radisson news release dated December 16, 2024). Since this time results from a total of fifteen drill wedges from this pilot hole have been reported in addition to the new pilot hole OB-25-378, which has been successfully completed to a vertical depth of 1,640 metres. All of these drill holes have intersected gold mineralization with grades and core-lengths consistent with the Project's Mineral Resources over a broad area (Figure 2).Figure 2: Oblique View of Drill Hole OB-24-337, its Fifteen Wedges, and Drill Hole OB-25-378 and Vein Modelling Beneath Mining Stopes of the Former O'Brien Gold MineTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:
https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/283653_eebb572a04b9c9f2_002full.jpgVein Modelling at O'BrienRadisson maintains a dynamic model of O'Brien veining comprising wireframed domains that are updated as drilling progresses. The model is used as an exploration tool to guide future drilling and to constrain the Project's mineral resource estimate. Wireframe domains use an approximate cut-off grade of 1.0 g/t Au and a nominal true minimum width of 1.2 metres. Domain extensions are defined at a limit of 50% of the local drill hole spacing or distance to an excluded drill hole, or 25 metres, whichever is smaller. Veins are typically concordant with the host Piche formation rocks, although can be observed crossing lithological boundaries, and dip at approximately 80 degrees to the south, consistent with vein orientations and relationships mapped from historic underground workings. Based on the historic data available, it is clear that the former mine was "high-graded", with mining focussed on a main central high-grade stope. Parallel veins were identified during historic mining through horizontal drilling and exploration drifts but left undeveloped. It is estimated that the effective grade cut-off used in the former mine was between 7 and 8 g/t Au., leaving significant quantities of mineralized material unmined. To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:

https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/10977/283653_eebb572a04b9c9f2_005full.jpgThe two pilot holes and fifteen wedges now completed below the former mine, in addition to the historical mining and exploration data, support a model comprising at least eight separate wireframed veins covering an area approximately 250 metres (east-west) by 700 metres (vertical). In this dynamic model, extrapolation distances are set at 50 metres along strike and 100 metres down-plunge, assumptions supported by the observable continuity of high-grade shoots in the historic data. The model is open in all directions.Individual veins are presented in Figure 3 in long-section, showing the drill control and the classification of drill intercepts that define them. In the historic mine, the principal mining stope showed consistently higher grades compared to the unmined parallel structures. This is consistent with the new model, where vein V3-CEN (Figure 3, Panel B) has continuity with the historic mining stope and returns consistently high-grade intercepts. This implies a remarkably consistent, high-grade shoot of at least 1,600 metres vertical continuity. Highlights from the modern drilling on this central vein include:OB-24-337 with 31.24 g/t Au over 8.0 metres including 242.0 g/t Au over 1.0 metreOB-25-337W7 with 16.43 g/t Au over 8.1 metres including 60.75 g/t Au over 2.1 metresOB-25-337W3 with 29.93 g/t Au over 2.2 metres including 53.50 g/t Au over 1.2 metresOB-25-337W5 with 47.70 g/t Au over 1.0 metresTable 1 (Appendix) presents the specific drill intercepts grouped by vein employed in the modelling. For original reporting of each drill hole cited in Table 1 at cut-offs of 1.0 g/t Au and 3.0 g/t Au please see the following news releases dated: December 16, 2024, April 2, 2025, July 16, 2025, October 28, 2025, January 6, 2026, January 27, 2026.A VRIFY scene of the new vein modelling is available at: https://vrify.com/decks/21430Next StepsDrilling is ongoing at the Project, with seven rigs currently active and an eighth rig to be mobilized shortly. Beneath the former mine, the second wedge to be drilled from deep pilot hole OB-25-378 is in progress. Radisson expects to report drill results from the program on a regular basis as the 72,500 metres of drilling budgeted for 2026 progresses. Radisson further intends to update the Project's Mineral Resource Estimate on a step-by-step basis through the course of the drill program. The first such update is expected to be completed prior to the end of the first quarter of 2026.QA/QCAll drill cores in this campaign are NQ in size. Assays were completed on sawn half-cores, with the second half kept for future reference. The samples were analyzed using standard fire assay procedures with Atomic Absorption (AA) finish at ALS Laboratory Ltd, in Val-d'Or, Québec. Samples yielding a grade higher than 10 g/t Au were analyzed a second time by fire assay with gravimetric finish at the same laboratory. Mineralized zones containing visible gold were analyzed with metallic sieve procedure. Standard reference materials, blank samples and duplicates were inserted prior to shipment for quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).Starting in December 2025, Radisson's drill core samples have been sent to MSALABS's analytical laboratory located in Val-d'Or, Québec, for preparation and gold analysis. The entire sample is dried and crushed (70% passing a 2-millimeter sieve) and split to 500 g. The analysis for gold is performed on an approximately 500 g aliquot using Chrysos Photon Assay™ technology. Standard reference materials, blank samples and duplicates were inserted for quality assurance and quality control.MSALABS and ALS Chemex operate under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, utilizing industry-standard QA/QC frameworks for gold analysis. By integrating blanks, duplicates, and CRMs into their workflows, both labs adhere to established benchmarks that ensure precise, reliable, and verifiable results.QP DisclosureDisclosure of a scientific or technical nature in this news release was prepared under the supervision of Mr. Richard Nieminen, P.Geo, (QC), a geological consultant for Radisson and a Qualified Person for purposes of NI 43-101. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from seven new drill holes completed at its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project ("O'Brien" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Québec. The seven holes are the latest completed as part of the Company's ongoing 140,000-metre step-out drill program designed to test the overall scope of gold mineralization at the Project (see Radisson news release dated October 16, 2025). Three separate and equally significant results are contained within the new data (summarized below, and in Figure 1):1. Broad Mineralized Zones with High-Grade Vein Intercepts at "Trend #1", Extending New Mineralization to 1,450 Metres Vertical Depth, 375 Metres Below the Existing Mineral ResourcesOB-25-322W3 intersected 23.37 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au") over 4.0 metres (core length) including 60.60 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and 2.50 g/t Au over 19.0 metres including 4.94 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and including 3.93 g/t Au over 3.0 metres;OB-25-322W4 intersected 2.37 g/t Au over 11.5 metres including 10.89 g/t Au over 1.0 metre;2. Completion of Final 14th and 15th Wedges from Pilot Hole OB-24-337, Continuing the Delineation of New Mineralization in Multiple Veins Beneath the Historic Mine Workings OB-25-337W15 intersected 5.38 g/t Au over 4.5 metres including 8.86 g/t Au over 1.5 metres;OB-25-337W14 intersected 1.49 g/t Au over 16.1 metres including 4.26 g/t Au over 1.5 metres and including 3.37 g/t Au over 1.5 metres;3. Deepest Ever Intercept Beneath the Historic Mine with a New, Deep Pilot Hole Extending Mineralization to 1,620 Metres Vertical Depth and Providing Platform for Further DrillingOB-25-378 intersected 15.70 g/t Au over 1.1 metres;Matt Manson, President and CEO: "This latest batch of drill assays from O'Brien contain notable results from several areas of focus in our 140,000 metre step-out drill program. We continue to push the limits of known mineralization at O'Brien outwards and downwards. Two wedges completed from drill hole OB-24-322 demonstrate more characteristic zones of broad and mineralized alteration with high-grade quartz-sulphide-gold veins, pushing the known extents of the Project's "Trend #1" to a new depth extent of 1,450 metres. Beneath the historic O'Brien Mine, we have been reporting for the past 12 months the progressive delineation of a broad system of high-grade veins showing good continuity with the former mine workings above. The final two wedges drilled from the pilot hole OB-24-337 have also successfully intercepted these veins with reliable consistency. In fact, each of the fifteen wedges drilled from this pilot hole have returned vein intercepts with grades and thicknesses consistent with the Project's mineral resources: a 100% success rate in this developing area. Now, new pilot hole OB-25-378, representing a step-down in depth again, has intercepted further, multiple mineralized zones and high-grades, pushing this area of gold mineralization down to 1,620 metres vertical depth, the deepest intercepts yet achieved at the Project. We have not yet found the bottom of the O'Brien gold system. Six rigs are active at the Project site, with two more rigs mobilizing shortly."Figure 1: Longitudinal Vertical Section and Plan View of Gold Vein Mineralization and Mineral Resources at the O'Brien Gold Project, with Today's Drill Holes IllustratedTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:

The O'Brien Gold Project Mineral Resource Estimate effective May 6, 2025 ("MRE") utilizes a 2.20 g/t Au bottom cut-off, a US$2,000 gold price, a minimum mining width of 1.2 metres, and a 40 g/t Au upper cap on composites. Intercepts presented in Table 1 are calculated with a 3.00 g/t Au bottom cut-off. True widths, based on depth of intercept and drill hole inclination, are estimated to be 30-80% of core length. Table 2 presents additional drill intercepts calculated with a 1.00 g/t bottom cut-off over a minimum 1.0 metre core length so as to illustrate the frequency and continuity of mineralized intervals within which high-grade gold veins at O'Brien are developed. Lithology Codes: PON-S3: Pontiac Sediments; V3-S, V3-N, V3-CEN: Basalt-South, North, Central; S1P, S3P: Conglomerate; POR-S, POR-N: Porphyry South, North; TX: Crystal Tuff; ZFLLC: Larder Lake-Cadillac Fault Zone.Gold Mineralization at O'BrienGold mineralizing quartz-sulphide veins at O'Brien occur within a thin band of interlayered mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates, and porphyritic andesitic sills of the Piché Group occurring in contact with the east-west oriented Larder Lake-Cadillac Break ("LLCB"). Gold, along with pyrite and arsenopyrite, is typically associated with shearing and a pervasive biotite alteration, and developed within multiple Piché Group lithologies and, occasionally, the hanging-wall Pontiac and footwall Cadillac meta-sedimentary rocks. As mapped at the historic O'Brien mine, and now replicated in the modern drilling, individual veins are generally narrow, ranging from several centimetres up to several metres in thickness. Modern exploration has focussed on delineating well developed vein mineralization to the east of the historic mine, with additional high-grade shoots becoming evident in the exploration data over what has been described as a series of repeating trends ("Trend #s 0 to 5"). This drilling is accomplished with pilot holes followed by wedges and directional drilling to maximize drill efficiency. On October 16, 2025, Radisson announced the expansion of the step-out drill program to 140,000 metres employing an eventual eight drill rigs. Since this program began, 84% of completed drill holes have intersected gold mineralization with grades and core-lengths consistent with the Project's Mineral Resources (Table 2).Table 2: Drill Results Published for the O'Brien Gold Project since December 2024Date of PublicationTotal Number of Drill HolesDrill Holes with

This hole intersected 31.24 g/t Au over 8.0 metres, including 242.0 g/t Au over 1.0 metre at approximately 1,500 metres vertical depth (see Radisson news release dated December 16, 2024). With today's results, a full complement of assay results from all fifteen wedges drilled from OB-24-337 have now been reported and up to eight gold-bearing veins have been delineated. Drilling in this area will now focus on new pilot hole OB-25-378 which has been successfully completed to a vertical depth of 1,740 metres. This hole has returned multiple zones of alteration and gold mineralization, showing continuity with the multiple-vein system modelled above, and a high-grade vein intercept of 15.70 g/t Au over 1.1 metres at 1,620 metres vertical depth, the deepest intercept ever returned at the Project. Taken together, the results extend the area of new mineralization beneath the historic mine workings to approximately 250 metres (east-west) by 600 metres (vertical). Drilling of the first wedge from pilot hole OB-25-378 is currently underway.Today's release includes drill assays from two wedges completed from pilot hole OB-24-322 testing the downward extension of the Project's "Trend #1". Both wedges returned broad zones of mineralized alteration with high-grade vein intercepts, including OB-25-322W3 with 23.37 g/t Au over 4.0 metres including 60.60 g/t Au over 1.5 metres. Recall that drilling in this area has returned similarly high-grade intercepts, including OB-24-324 with 27.61 g/t Au over 6.0 metres including 102.0 g/t Au over 1.1 metres and 6.83 g/t Au over 10.0 metres including 40.2 g/t Au over 1.5 metres, and the OB-24-322 pilot hole itself which returned 8.75 g/t Au over 5.2 metres including 27.2 g/t Au over 1.4 metres (Figure 3 and Radisson news release dated September 24, 2024). These results, taken together, have extended gold mineralization at Trend #1 to 1,450 metres vertical depth, 375 metres below the current Mineral Resources.Today's release also includes results from two wedges from pilot hole OB-25-377 located between the western and eastern portions of the former mine (Figure 1). These holes have returned multiple zones of mineralization, such as OB-25-377W1 with 3.48 g/t Au over 9.4 metres including 5.92 g/t Au over 4.3 metres. This area had previously been thought to have lower potential for new mineral resources, given the absence of mining stopes above. The new intercepts illustrate the broad extent of the O'Brien gold mineralizing system and the high-grading nature of the former mine.Figure 3: Vertical Cross Section through "Trend #1 with Pilot Holes OB-24-322 and 324, and WedgesTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:

Hole lengths for wedges represent meterage from point of wedge. Drill holes OB-24-322 and OB-24-337 were completed in 2024 while their wedge branches were drilled in 2025.QA/QCAll drill cores in this campaign are NQ in size.
