Payment of Dividend

Further to the announcement released by Nest Egg Limited on 14 August 2003, the
Company announces that the Dividend of 77 pence per Merivale Moore Share will be
paid on 21 August 2003 to all Shareholders on the register on 13 August 2003. 
It is expected that the Merivale Moore Shares will be declared ex-Dividend on 
18 August 2003.
