Completion of Moorevale disposals and resignation of directors

The Company announces that the Moorevale disposals detailed in its circular 
dated 11 July 2003 have completed today and that the Charleswood disposals have 
become unconditional and are due to complete shortly.

Michael Probert, Chief Executive, William Arnold, Finance Director, and Stephen
Vickery, Non-Executive Director, have therefore resigned with immediate effect.
