jour_trader, Thank you for your reply, Elite couldn't get it past the FDA, you know the story. However if a foreign pharma company comes along with an interest in M/A they might consider marketing SequestOx in their terrority. In that sense there is value there but I'm not holding my breath.

If they had received CHM letter and preparing for an appeal then the tone at the ASM - what was said , would have been very misleading for the investors in my opinion . So I agree chances of it are very low.
