The Company has been informed today that Barbara Iversen (Finance Director)
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 194p
per share on 3 September 2003.  The aggregate holding of Ms Iverson following
this purchase equals 15,000 shares (representing 0.035 per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company).
