Directors Share Dealing

The Company has been informed today that Mr Norichika Hirasawa (Managing
Director) purchased 7,850 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price
of 192p per share on 29 August 2003.  The aggregate holding of Mr Hirasawa
following this purchase equals 12,000 shares (representing 0.00028 per cent of
the issued share capital of the Company).
