GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces the Election of Mr. Robert Parent to Its Board of Directors and Audit Committee

is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert Parent has joined as a member of the
board of directors of Global Capital as well as a member of the Company's audit
committee commencing immediately. Based in Toronto, Mr. Parent has a background
in financial reporting, securities polices and procedures and capital markets.
