William Hullah, President of FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI") (TSX
VENTURE:FTI), announces that the proposed RTO of FTI by Enermine Resources
Corporation ("Enermine"), of Vancouver, BC, and Sedco Mining Corporation
("Sedco"), of Vancouver, BC has been terminated due to inability of Enermine and
Sedco to arrange financing.
FTI, Enermine and Sedco have spent most of the last year working on all the
necessary requirements for the proposed RTO. Much of the paperwork in
conjunction with the Peruvian government took longer than expected.
The Company was placed in a voluntary Halt Trade status in June of 2009 to
announce that there was a Letter of Intent (the "LOI") with Enermine and Sedco
regarding the proposed RTO of FTI by Enermine and Sedco. In conjunction with the
RTO falling through, the voluntary halt trade status will be lifted and it is
expected that trading will resume shortly.
