Theoretically since naked shorts have no shares to deliver, longs can demand to receive certificates which would force shorts to cover, (buy back shares)
Somehow it never quite works out.
Also, companies complaining about naked shorts is usually a BS excuse for being a busted pos. Hundreds of examples can be found among the scrapheap of companies that no longer exist.

There will be a few specific line items to look at. Operating expenses: If fobi is still generating $325k per quarter ( 1.3 million annually ) and has cut its monthly burn rate to $108k than any small additional revenue and the company becomes "un- killable".

Revenue: With the launch of Fixyr. I expect to see a small bump in SaaS / subscription. That means scalability. If there is mostly revenue being generated form the Professional services side. Thats just exchanging words for dollars and not scalable.

Accounts Receivable: If Fobi truly did "land" an enterprise deal. One would think that there would be a spike in AR. JMO.. Bon appetite...
