Eyelogic Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EYE.A) has been named as a defendant in a
class action lawsuit commenced by certain individual plaintiffs against Shire
International Real Estate Investments Ltd. and various other defendants
(collectively referred to as "Shire"). Eyelogic is the controlling shareholder
of certain entities created by Shire. Eyelogic is of the view that the claim is
entirely without merit and intends to vigorously defend the action. Eyelogic
will advise of any material developments in the action as they arise.
