they won't file for anything except a huge reverse -

you have some big business in mind, they reverse down to no shares, share price is $5+ bucks and you then issue those and the company coming in leaves maybe 3% of the shares outstanding to the shell.

not my rules, those are market rules. no board of directors will give away some massive percentage to hangers-on without major legal issues.

this is a shell shell shell so there's even less value relative t oa full SEC reporting QB

see the deal we spoke about IWBB it seems we are correct again.....

look - it's simple -

1. buy control through a legal takeout.
2. issue yourself preferred stock so you're a supervising majority.
3. reverse the common shares by 1:2000 or some such number.

new share price is $5 bucks and it doesn't trade at all - maybe 500k shares left in the float and 5 shareholders left.

4. issue preferred shares to your own wholly controlledd entity.

5. convert those shares to common shares.

I searched the 10-K filing and don't see a R/S mentioned. Did the company confirm a R/S or are you speculating that it might happen?

spot on, that's how the Chinese run these shell r/m's

seems to be standard practice in all the one's I've followed, once the r/s, volume dries to nothing and the ticker becomes dead

not saying it will happen here, but no plans to touch this any longer

on to the next pump somewhere

now for the massive reverse split and forward issuance -

they'll now reverse split the company stock and thus wipe out the comm on, and issue $4 dollar shares to NEWCO that they control.

really hard to figure out some of these Chinese plays

interesting theory, but no so linear

dating back to 2017, there's been 3 CEOs to today

it's also entirely possible Rhonda came in to clean up the shell because the most recent CEO business line is RM'ing Chinese companies whereas the previous ones were not

The important unknown /imo, what will be dropped in the shell, in the past, they gave part control to a mutl million dollar battery manufacture in China, thereafter, it was retracted for some reason, the only type of debt I would be concerned with is toxic, I do not see any in filings

or nothing is done with the shell, which would seem odd after arranging to clean it up

look - so some AZ based lawyer who has a business of cleaning up shells went and got custody.

some Chinese dude bought the shell and was a granted a buttload of shares which he purchased from the lawyer which gave him control

now the old family who had control previously comes back and has $1mm+ in debt for expenses incurred over the last decade of trying to create something.

the old owners and their debt want their $1mm bucks back.

possible? absolutely possible.
