ACT Aurora Control Technologies Announces Management Changes

ACT Aurora Control Technologies Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ACU) ("Aurora" or the
"Company") announces the following management changes.


Effective July 1, 2014, Grant Smith is appointed Chief Financial Officer,
replacing Grant Macdonald. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Accountant and a partner at
Clearline Chartered Accountants. Mr. Macdonald will remain on the Company's
Board of Directors and will continue in his role as head of the Audit Committee.



Additionally, effective June 30, 2014, Steve Blaine has resigned from the
position of Vice President, Engineering. Mr. Blaine will remain active in the
Company as a member of the Company's Advisory Board.
