I do remember his face from many pumping videos he made before he sold his shares , and I will look until I do find his name..
They both pumped this stock , and then I believe they sold..

Ontario Securities Commission rejected an application for a Management Cease Trade Order and prevented them from negotiating any securities to continue to finance the corporation and blocked Tetra from paying debt with shares.

Not on OTC. It trades under ticker TBPMF.

21 months ago CEO told on video 2 major stories. One was for Reduvo for which they applied 28 (!!!) Months ago for market access. 28 months!! What's wrong??? No info!!!

18 months ago he told us they started with FDA a Reborn trial which should replace Opioid for pain control. 18 months not 1 single info.

Trading halted or not, it is a dead beaten dog. Such simple company without business can't get an commercial audit done? Before i bought shares info's were flowing. Results were very promising and I thought we
have a solution for the Opiod Crisis.

The 2 years for Reduvo are now completed. A simple drug approval takes in Canada 2 years and no end in sight.
The Reborn trial completed 1, 5 years without any comments and results. Is the trial still running or has it been stopped?

They got recently about 10 Mio$ as a loan. For what?

We get a not atypical question from Health Canada. If a risk management plan is not atypical, why haven't we delivered such plan not 2 years ago? Now we don't have such plan otherwise we would have provided it already 2 years ago. I have no idea how complex such plan is, but we can assume they will need at least 1 months and then.....

We end up March 23.
What professionals are these guys? Shame on them!! 2 years sleeping on the shelf and another round and then another??

Good, if you are happy with bla bla pr. Since June 22 we got nothing with any substance. 2 years - no Reduvo- approval. 1,5 years no info about Reborn trial.
The only positive, I can take, is the loan we got from a good longterm investor. They are not giving tetra a huge loan without promising background info.

What kind of clowns are in Canada Health? They need 2 years to bring 1 question foreward and then the delinquent has to answer within 2 days. If correct, then its a good joke.

Sounds promising. Tetra has two calendar days to respond. If that’s their only question it bodes well.

Does anyone know more about the financing by Alpha Blue Ocean? Why should one a "dead cat" borrow money without interest, or at all? Credit convertible into worthless shares? Getting worthless warrants for 0,035$? No one would ever do so unless he/she knows Reborn is becoming a winner.
Tetra already knows very well whether Reborn is a success or not but has obviously problems filling the trial, or FDA makes some problems as usual for tiny biotechs.

Maybe TETRA will still become a winner. Reborn works, but that doesn't mean that TETRA will succeed; too many enemies are waiting to eat it.

Reduvo will keep us in business. Very important. No new news on Reborn.

Reduvo has some importance, but those who invested in Tetra are not here because of Reduvo but for the reborn success. Reborn is the key for tetra, Reduvo is just a tiny matter of support, but even this didn't come along in 23 months.

Any clue where Reborn is after 16 months?

I hope you are in a much better condition than Tetra. I wonder what you think you can tell me:

Initially, your CEO was expecting the Reduvo approval for latest end of 2021. I checked in the meantime the performance of Health Canada and found that in the worst case, the approval process for a drug took 24 months. We will reach the worst case, 24 months, in December 2022. Does your company know that we will even be the new record and take longer than 24 months?
The intermediate results for Reborn - FDA trial- were planned for June 22. You modified the trial twice to be faster than initially seen. We are now 16 months into the trials without any report for results. The performance of Reborn can be seen daily, but no indications are given about enrollment (done or not?) and performance (within expectations or not).

We are approaching the last resistance before we fall over the cliff down to 0.006. Does the CEO want us to fall over the cliff? I trust, Reborn is working, but maybe you can't manage the enrollment. Perhaps something went very wrong?
Maybe the CEO feel burnt after all his promises last year in June failed so dramatically. Even if he doesn't want anymore give predictions some info could keep us alive such following messages:

We still wait for the approval. So far no negative indications that it will not take place.
The Reborn trial is smoothly running; enrollment is very slow, but we have managed so far xy %. After complete enrollment, it will take us another xy months for results.

I think your CEO should consider that people like me and many others invested in Tetra based on excellent preliminary results. We need to come back to a climate of hope and trust.

That’s hilarious. I’ve spoke with them on multiple occasions. Most recently Oct. 13th.
They’re definitely still in business. They have enough $ to get them to April. Still counting on the DIN to start bringing in revenue. Unfortunately they couldn’t speak to Canadas delay.

I was writing twice to the company. No reply. I was calling, no one takes phone. Conclusion? Soon they will delist - they are dead and we need opiate for the pain.

We are approaching several milestones:
1) soon we have 2 years completed for waiting for Reduvo approval. CEO is speechless!
2) soon we will be back at alltime low 0.01. CEO is paralyzed!
3) soon Reborn trial is running 18 months. Is it running at all? CEO provides no information.
4) no information about projects and joint ventures? CEO doesn't care about TBP otherwise he would at least try to build trust and confidence with the shareholder. Or?? Does he have an other agenda?
With the little knowledge of today, I would trust the medicine, but no way to trust management. No way to trust that any medicine gets approved despite its performance as opioid makes too much money. Who cares on suffering or dead people as long as BP makes Billions $.
Only sick people are good for business. Death is collateral damage, part of business.

Tetra Bio-Pharma, which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the OCTQB exchange in the U.S., said last week it’s agreed to issue up to $6 million worth of unsecured debentures and stock purchase warrants to London-based investment firm Alpha Blue Ocean Group.

New terms and first closing of financing with Alpha Blue!

Apart from the increase of the financing volume from 6 to 10 Mio $, the following sentence seems to me to be indirect info:
"The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Financing to finance the manufacturing costs of its QIXLEEF drug candidate."

Is this a hint that Reduvo approval is finally coming? Is this the reason for increasing the volume from 6 to 10 Mio$?

We all hear and know about Opioide crisis. We have heard extremely promising first results of the Tetra product. It will in many years find its way to the market. Not much doubt.

I am with Leronlimab for more than 5 years. Every expert knows how phantastic this drug works for Covid, Cancer, HIV, TNBC, NASH and many other diseases. It was successful in Phase3 and 2 trials. And? No way to find its way to the market. Big Pharma will not allow to get its business destroyed and FDA collaborates perfectly.

Let's look at Tetra's Reborn trial. It runs for more than 1 year and Tetra has even not reported interim results. There is no way to bypass BP. FDA will find ways to delay for many years, no matter how great Tetra's products are working.

Whatever Gay told us in June 21 was wrong. Yes, the Tetra product is working and is needed desperately but BP will not allow to get it to market. Maybe the new JV can help but still it will take many years.

I invested 2021 because Reborn trial and coming PIN. I was wrong like with Leronlimab. In both my investments were years too early. Gay does what Nader did - telling not the whole true story about great medicine.
