Jack is so high on this deposit he is thinking of GMX doing it or beng partner in it, so it seems. Says it is 200+ year deposit and almost no waste, the rock is mostly ore. This one deposit could drawf all of GMX.to mkt cap.

Globex Receives $3,000,000 Payment from Yamana

(GMX – Toronto Stock Exchange, G1MN – Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Tradegate, Lang & Schwarz, LS Exchange, TTMzero, Düsseldorf and Quotrix Düsseldorf Stock Exchanges and GLBXF – OTCQX International in the US) is pleased to inform shareholders that it has received a three-million-dollar cash payment from Yamana Gold Inc. The payment is the second in a series of five payments payable to Globex over a 5-year period from the sale of the Francoeur/Arntfield/Lac Fortune gold properties to Yamana, for a total of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) plus a two percent Gross Metal Royalty (2% GMR). Three annual payments totaling eight million dollars ($8,000,000) remain outstanding. The current three-million-dollar payment is not subject to tax as Globex, under Revenue Canada policies, has already paid the taxes on the full fifteen million dollars receivable.

Globex also received a cash payment of $50,000 from Electro Metals for the Magusi project and $20,000 from Manganese X Energy Corp. as a first advance royalty payment.

Globex is fortunate in that it owns its over 200 assets including royalties as well as real-estate in Rouyn-Noranda and Toronto, has no debt and approximately twenty million dollars in cash and shares ($20,000,000) of other companies. Two (2) drill holes bearing 30° were completed across the northwest trending
South Gold mineralized system in an area of historical drilling where historical drill

Highlights as reported by Orford are the following:

Confirmation of the location of the Historical “South Gold” mineralization system on the Joutel Eagle Property (Table 1). Diamond drill holes 22-JE-002 and 003 were 50m apart along strike with hole 22-JE-002 hitting gold mineralization 140 metres below surface and hole 22-JE-003 hitting mineralization 60 metres above hole 22-JE-002 and 65 metres below surface.
Grades of up to 14.7 g/t gold over 0.64 metres included in an interval of 1.11 g/t gold over 20.64 metres were intersected in drill hole 22-JE-003. These are higher than those reported historically from the system in nearby hole 80-19 which reported up to 1.03 g/t Au over 1.45m from 96.7 to 98.1 metresa, although much of hole 80-19 was redacted.
Orford has increased the width of the mineralization in drill hole 22-JE-002, previously reported (May 12, 2022) containing grades of up to 10.8 g/t gold over 0.84 metres, to now include an interval of 1.24 g/t gold over 28.10metres within a much broader horizon of 0.97 g/t gold over 46.98 metres in hole 22-JE-002 (Table 1).
The upper mineralization horizon contains higher grade sections associated with quartz veining occurring within broader lower grade intervals with abundant disseminated sulphides in altered volcanoclastics. Such intervals include 9.35 metres grading 2.20 g/t gold, and 7.13 metres grading 1.70 g/t gold in hole 22-JE-002.
The lower mineralization horizon encountered in holes 22-JE-002 and 22-JE-003 contains massive to semi massive sulphides in a graphitic matrix, similar to what was encountered historically at the Eagle-Telbel mine along strike to the south east.”
The Joutel Eagle Property was optioned from Globex as announced on November 30, 2021. Under the agreement, Orford will pay Globex $1,625,000 ($425,000 firm of which $225,000 was received on signing) half in cash and half in shares and undertake $2,775,000 in exploration of which $525,000 is a firm commitment. Should Orford complete the earn in, Globex will maintain a 3.5% Gross Metal Royalty of which 1.5% GMR may be purchased for $2,000,000.

Globex is pleased with the progress by Orford to date and looks forward to Oxford’s continuing efforts exploring the over 50 square kilometres property. Included in the optioned land package is a separate block of cells to the southwest which includes a large number of untested, strong airborne EM anomalies.

Furthermore, recently, Globex was able to acquire by staking an additional 18 cells totaling 1006 hectares directly adjoining the northwest end of the Joutel Eagle property under option to Orford and on the Eagle-Telbel Trend. The new Mistaouac NE Property includes several areas with untested priority, coincident airborne electromagnetic and magnetic anomalies. Globex has compiled the historical data in the area, reinterpreted some of the geology and expects to undertake groundwork on the property this summer.

I have been buying Globex GLBXF for a while, started in .90s and more in 1.00-1.05 area. Have been awaiting PQEFF tender to complete to put more it in. Well GLBXF did not wait around it is now $1.29. Fortunately have a lot, but wanted more.

They are a used mine/claim wheeler dealer. 100s of mining properties and dozens of royalties yet at a dirt cheap valuation.

Like GoldSpot they can not lose, either make money just selling claims, or if a customer hits a rich deposit Globex then gets a lot more cash and GLBX gets a royalty on it too. Big royalties, usually 3% Gross Metal not more normal 1% NSR, so no matter what type of metal it is they get paid. They started with practically nothing. Jack Stoch has run it from beginning.

Now for the first time GLBXF has a bundle of cash. $24 million last looked, and even after 30% gain the mkt cap is only $70 million. No debt and they tout how they have avoided dilution for many years. He wants to go big now that has cash.

EV/EBITDA of 2.9 and PE under 5, but check this out. UncleStock says CROIC is 627% and ROCE is 2,940% maybe the highest combo of any stock in the world. It is a fantastic business model. It has taken decades to build it up to this point where the payback comes. In video below Jack explains Globex.

Was keeping quiet to get money to buy more but being it is taking off with new highs now, decided to share it. One more thing, they do so many deals and have so many properties being drilled, that they are a constant source of real news.

Yes big part of why love Globex is the commodity super cycle we appear to have started and is due now on the 100 year chart.

1. In super cycles everything he has becomes way more valuable, multiples more so. Many of their deposits are on the edge, say AISC 10% below current price of gold or whatever mineral. In real dollars if gold goes up 30% (feasible to likely) all of sudden it has 40% AISC margin like a $1100 AISC mine today (maybe the median AISC today), so 4 times more margin is not worth 4 times more, more like 10X more. The 50 baggers Rick rule talks about in last two cycles happen because of this. Natural perceived profit leverage from commodities going up.

2. Builds and Royalties. The really big wins are when like GoldSpot's New Found Gold drilled a rich vein, think it went up 30 times, and GoldSpot had part of that action so it went up over 10 times. Same here, Globex does not get as much stock as GoldSpot but it does not have to pay for it. But Globex gets big royalties 3% GMR, far more than GoldSpot. If New Found Gold had bot land from GLBXF yikes, that alone may have 10 bagged GLBXF. In Super Cycle, that is when mines get built like crazy, royalties happen and mining claims go way up in value and volume goes up, like homes in USA in the last few months. All of this is fantastic for Globex.

3. News flow is excellent now, it will go on steroids in Super Cycle. Drilling will go way up as will deals.

4. Globex is a very safe and super leveraged play on commodities. As they say they have over half of the elements there are, on their lands. So whether gold, silver, copper, talc, feldspar, etc., whatever is hot will help Globex.

5, Obviously honest track record. Maybe the most anti dilution record there is out there. The operation has been bootstrapped which is hard to do. Now it has a lot of cash and is one of the biggest owners of mining lands in Canada.

Metal Royalty (GMR) herein called “the RN Mining Camp Royalty” covering
a significant length of the Cadillac Break east of Rouyn-Noranda and an
additional large block of claims northwest of Rouyn-Noranda (See map
attached).

Globex initially entered into discussions with the estates of two well-
known and respected prospector/entrepreneurs following the purchase by
Globex of the Rouyn Merger Gold Property (see press release dated
August 5, 2021) on which a 2% royalty was held by the estates.

Globex was successful in acquiring the royalty and thus eliminating it
on the 6.5 kilometers of the Cadillac Break, numerous gold occurrences
and zones and surrounding rocks which are within the Rouyn Merger
property boundary.
In the same purchase, Globex acquired royalty interests which extends
both east and northwest of the Rouyn Merger property including on the
Heva-Hosco Gold Property owned by Hecla Quebec Inc.

This Heva-Hosco property includes the following NI 43-101 gold resources
as reported by Hecla Mining Co.:

To the northwest and adjoining to the Rouyn Merger property, an
additional large block of claims held by Falco Resources Ltd. is also
subject to the 2% royalty, covering, in part, the Horne Creek Fault.

The 2% royalty also applies to a very large block of claims northwest of
Rouyn-Noranda covering the gold hosting Flavrian tonalite pluton and
basic and felsic volcanic rocks along the western boundary of the
pluton, all currently held by Falco Resources Ltd.

This royalty area includes numerous showings and drill indicated areas
of gold and base-metal mineralization both in the pluton and within the
volcanic rocks.

Globex is pleased to have acquired the royalty which was paid for by the
issuance of 150,000 Globex shares.

Both Falco and Hecla have been notified of Globex’s royalty purchase.

(GMX – Toronto Stock Exchange, G1MN – Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Tradegate, Lang & Schwarz, LS Exchange, TTM Zone, Stock Exchangesand GLBXF – OTCQX International in the US) is pleased to inform shareholders that Globex has purchased 100% interest in a block of claims in Rouyn and Joannes townships, Quebec (NTS 32D02) approximately 10 km east of Rouyn-Noranda herein called the Rouyn Merger property.

The property consists of 49 claims totaling 1,509.4 hectares (3,729.8 acres) covering approximately 6.5 kilometres (4.04 miles) of the prolific, gold localizing Cadillac Break.


The vender, IAMGOLD Corporation (IMG–TSX), received 183,000 Globex shares subject to a 4 month hold period and a 1% Net Smelter Royalty.

The Rouyn Merger property includes several areas of known gold mineralization including the Rouyn Merger, O’Neil-Thompson and East O’Neil zones which have seen historical drilling to relatively shallow depth, outlining in some cases significant but erratic gold vein structures at or near the gold localizing Cadillac Break.

The Cadillac Break is one of the most important gold localizing structures in the Abitibi of Quebec and Ontario with numerous gold deposits located along its length.

The Rouyn Merger property has been explored intermittently since the 1930’s when the Rouyn Merger gold deposit was found. Various non-compliant resource calculations have been undertaken on the Rouyn Merger gold zone but, due to the structural complexity of the ore lenses and expected high levels of dilution, production has been limited to a brief period in 1948-1949 of 32,198 t grading 3.87 g/t Au.

Metallurgical testing between 1943 and 1947 indicated 95% gold recovery by treating ore crushed to 60% minus 200 mesh. Likewise, exploration on the O’Neil-Thompson gold zone outlined a non NI 43-101 compliant resource and limited production in 1936 of 2,449 tonnes.

Other occurrences such as the East O’Neil have published but unverifiable resources.

The most recent work on the property was in 2015-16 during which an aeromag survey was flown, mapping and surface sampling undertaken and seven drill holes completed totaling 1,956 metres in three target areas.

Several holes intersected significant gold values, such as Hole RM15-05 which returned 16.0 g/t Au over 1 metre from 277.5 to 278.5 m followed by 4.19 g/t Au over 0.5 m from 278.5 m to 279.0 m.

The target of this exploration was to locate a large tonnage, low grade, bulk mineable gold deposit not higher grade underground minable, narrower vein deposits historically mined along the Cadillac Break.

Prior to acquiring the property, Globex undertook 3D modeling of all the readily available geological, geophysical and drill data.

The modeling has allowed Globex to identify a number of priority areas for drilling many at shallow depth but others at mid-level depths of 500 metres and below.

Although the area was flown as recently as 2015 with an aeromagnetic survey, Globex believes that the details provided by closely spaced lines using the Novatem aeromagnetic system may unlock a better understanding of the geological trends and structures and Globex intends to undertake such a survey over the entire property but at a different angle than the previous survey in order to merge such data with our 3D modeling.

Globex Mining (GMX) has acquired Rockport Mining Corp., a private company that owns royalties on two Globex properties in New Brunswick.

Previously, Globex had purchased the Devil’s Pike gold property with a reported Inferred Resource of 214,800 tonnes grading 9.6 g/t Au (cut) or 13.48 g/t Au (uncut). Rockport retained a 1 per cent Net Smelter Royalty on production after 600,000 ounces of gold is produced.

In February 2021, Globex also purchased the Bald Hill antimony deposit from Rockport. Rockport retained a 1 per cent Net Smelter Royalty on all mineral production of this property.

Once the purchase and amalgamation of Rockport into Globex was completed on July 14, the royalties no longer existed, adding value to the Globex gold and antimony assets, both of which are located in southern New Brunswick.

The purchase and amalgamation also provide Globex with contracted access to certain areas facilitating access for various types of surveys and diamond drilling.

Lastly, the amalgamation of Rockport with Globex adds non-capital losses carried forward to Globex’s balance sheet which, if applicable, will be very useful considering Globex’s increased income in 2021.

(GMX – Toronto Stock Exchange, G1MN – Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Tradegate, Lang & Schwarz, TTM Zone, Stock Exchanges and GLBXF – OTCQX International in the US) is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) has approved Globex’s normal course issuer bid (“NCIB”).

Under the NCIB, Globex will be entitled to repurchase for cancellation up to 1,000,000 common shares, representing approximately 1.82% of Globex’s issued and outstanding shares as of June 30, 2021, over a twelve-month period starting on July 12, 2021 and ending on July 11, 2022.

The purchases by Globex will be effected through the facilities of the TSX and on other alternative trading systems in Canada, and will be made at the market price of the shares at the time of the purchase. Globex had 55,089,817 common shares issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2021, of which 48,708,726 shares constitute the “public float”.

During the most recently completed six months, the average daily trading volume for Globex’s common shares on the TSX was 91,628 shares. Consequently, under the policies of the TSX, Globex will have the right to repurchase during any one trading day a maximum of 22,907 common shares, representing 25% of the average daily trading volume. In addition, Globex may make, once per calendar week, a block purchase (as such term is defined in the TSX Company Manual) of common shares not directly or indirectly owned by insiders of Globex, in accordance with the policies of the TSX.

Globex intends to acquire the common shares because it believes that the repurchase of common shares at certain market prices is beneficial to Globex and its shareholders. Globex intends to make any purchases on an opportunistic basis, taking share price and other considerations into account.

Any purchases made pursuant to the NCIB will be made in accordance with the requirements of the TSX. Except for exempt offers, Globex will make no purchases of common shares other than open market purchases during the period of the NCIB.

The Globex Yamana Deal

in addition to the material amounts to be paid by Yamana, of note were
some of the statements made by Yamana in their description of the
transaction:

Yamana has a Feasibility Study already done on the adacent property
(2018);

Since that time, they have made material improvements which enhance
the economics;

It will announce by way of an update a Revised Feasibility; and

It will announce a decision to bring its project into production.

The revised figures should reduce Yamana's all in sustaining costs.

These 4 points are independent of the Globex transaction.

My read is that these points are significant for Globex:

a) Yamana does not "need" the Globex property to make a
production decision at Wasamac;

b) Production can be achieved without having to wait for Globex
new results or even compiling and incorporating the historical data;

c) the cost of developing a resource on the Globex ground
should go down significantly with adjacent production;

d) the timeline to possible production is reduced; and
finally

e) the probability of the Globex royalty coming to fruition is increased and accelerated.

In addition to the Francoeur/Arntfield/Lac Fortune property, as part of the transaction
Yamana will acquire 30 claims in Beauchastel township to the east of the Wasamac Gold Mine property and
three claims in Malartic township from Globex.

Under the Purchase Agreement, Globex will receive the following cash and share payments from Yamana:
Upon closing of the transaction: $4,000,000, which will be satisfied by Yamana issuing 706,714 shares to
Globex at a deemed price of $5.66 per share. Based on the closing price of Yamana’s shares on the
Toronto Stock Exchange on Friday, June 11, 2021 of $6.22, the 706,714 Yamana shares have a current
market value of $4,395,761.08;
On: - first anniversary of closing: $3,000,000 in cash
- second anniversary of closing: $2,000,000 in cash
- third anniversary of closing: $3,000,000 in cash
- fourth anniversary of closing: $3,000,000 in cash
Based on Yamana’s current trading price, the total cash and share consideration is $15,395,761.08, of which
Globex will receive $7,395,761.08 in cash and shares within the first year.

Globex may elect to receive one or more of the four anniversary payments in Yamana shares.

If Globex so
elects, the number of shares issued by Yamana will be based on the volume weighted average trading price
of Yamana’s shares for the five trading days immediately preceding the date of payment.

In addition, Globex will retain a 2% Gross Metal Royalty on all mineral production from the
Francoeur/Arntfield/Lac Fortune property and the 30 Beauchastel and three Malartic township claims, of
which 0.5% may be purchased by Yamana for $1,500,000.

Yamana has agreed to assume payment of the three underlying royalties on the properties and will make a
final environmental bond payment of $223,633.50 currently due by Globex on the Francoeur Mine in
July 2021, after which Globex will transfer the bond to Yamana.
Globex is pleased to have entered into the Purchase Agreement with Yamana, which will provide Globex with
revenue for the next four years as well as a significant royalty stream should a mineral deposit on the property
package enter into production.

Closing of the sale, which is expected to take place on June 21, 2021, is conditional upon regulatory approval
and standard closing conditions.

Highlights of 2021 Drilling Program

Initial 12,000 metre diamond drilling program commencing imminently on four priority targets– Grauer Wolf, Reichenbach, Bräunsdorf and Peter Vein – following up on high-grade silver mineralization encountered in 2020 program
Priority drilling also planned at Munzig, where anomalous mineralization was encountered in multiple zones during 2020 drilling
Program also designed to test new targets on over 30 kilometres of strike on two confirmed contacts, with the mafic-schist contact identified in 2020 at Reichenbach and Grauer Wolf representing a potentially more conducive setting for epithermal silver mineralization
"Our 2020 drilling program confirmed the presence of a major epithermal system, encountered high-grade silver species and delivered high-grade assays, including new discoveries at Grauer Wolf and Reichenbach," stated Ben Pullinger , SVP Geology & Corporate Development. "We achieved these milestones with only 16 holes over 24 kilometres of strike. This year's program will build on the modelling and integration of those results to expand on our 2020 discoveries and make new ones in 2021."

1,042 g/t AgEq over 0.45 metres (911 g/t Ag, 0.4 g/t Au, 2.8% Pb and 0.9% Zn) , within 231 g/t AgEq over 2.30 metres (183 g/t Ag, 0.4 g/t, Au 0.5% Pb and 0.2% Zn) in initial drilling on the Peter Vein;
505 g/t AgEq over 0.71 metres (356 g/t Ag, 2.0 g/t Au) , within 191 g/t AgEq (134 g/t Ag and 0.8 g/t Au) in first hole at Reichenbach (Großvoigtsberg), a new, near-surface discovery in an area with minimal historic mining;
319 g/t AgEq over 0.35 metres (300 g/t Ag, 0.2 g/t Au and 0.2% Zn) , within 101 g/t AgEq (87 g/t Ag, 0.2 g/t Au) at Bräunsdorf ;
1,043 g/t AgEq over 1.3 metres (954 g/t Ag, 0.1 g/t Au, 0.7% Pb and 2.0% Zn) within 100 metres of surface, within 194 g/t AgEq over 8.1 metres (173 g/t Ag, 0.1 g/t, Au, 0.4% Pb and 0.3% Zn), and 331 g/t AgEq over 1.2 metres (325 g/t Ag, 0.1 g/t Au, 0.03% Pb and 0.03% Zn) in the hanging wall at Grauer Wolf, a new high-grade discovery in an area with no historic drilling.
Drillling at the Munzig target in late 2020 encountered two zones of mineralization within 75 metres of surface (including 2.43 metres grading 116 g/t AgEq from 70 metres and 1.60 metres grading 143 g/t AgEq from 77 metres in SC20MUN015) separated by a non-mineralized dike, potentially aligning with historic records describing some of the broadest widths in the Bräunsdorf area.

Including the Munzig target, mineralization has now been encountered over 24 kilometres of strike. The table below summarizes targets and associated mineralization on areas tested in 2020.

Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. has released a new NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate ...


...on the Bell Mountain, Nevada property optioned from Globex.

According to Laurion's press release of April 6, 2011, the resource estimate highlights are the following:

Measured and Indicated Resource of 9,761,000 tonnes grading 0.526 g/t gold and 17.63 g/t silver hosting 165,018 ounces of gold and 5,533,907 ounces of silver.

Inferred Resource of 2,046,000 tonnes grading 0.449 g/t gold and 13.26 g/t silver hosting 29,550 ounces of gold and 872,411 ounces of silver.

The resource estimate was prepared by Telesto Nevada Inc. of Reno, Nevada in accordance with Canadian National Instrument 43-101 requirements.

The new resource estimate is a significant increase both in tonnes and number of ounces of gold and silver over the previous historical resource of 2.1 million tonnes at 1.33 g/t gold and 33.55 g/t silver.

Globex announced the option of the Bell Mountain property in a press release dated June 29, 2010 in an agreement in which Laurion may earn 100% interest in the property in exchange for 3.7 million Laurion shares, $40,000 cash and a minimum of $3 million in exploration and/or development expenditures. Globex retains a sliding scale Gross Metal Royalty (GMR) which, at a price of over $1,200 per ounce of gold, is equal to 3 percent of the gold and silver that may be produced. The agreement also applies to any lands within 7.5 km from the outside boundary of the original 145 claim block.

Laurion's contemplates "a conventional low cost open pit mining method with heap leach configuration" and has a primary goal "to successfully advance the project to production in the short to medium term".
