President and Chief Executive Officer of Boralex, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Pascal
Hurtubise as Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer and
Corporate Secretary. In his new role, Mr. Hurtubise will be in
charge of all legal affairs of Boralex and will serve as corporate
secretary.
Mr. Hurtubise holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de
Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2003. He
joined Boralex's legal team in 2005, after beginning his career at
the law firm Stikeman Elliott LLP. In 2012, he became Director,
Legal Affairs of Boralex, in which role he was managing a part of
the legal team and lead numerous complex acquisition and financing
transactions in North America.
His solid background, his experience in business law and his
long-standing dedication to Boralex will undoubtedly contribute to
the further development of the organization.
Mr. Hurtubise will replace Mr. Sylvain
Aird, who has been appointed as Vice-President, Europe
Business Development.
