FDA Type 2 Meeting is when NWBO knows if they can apply to approval. Revisions are done at risk, and NWBO protocol changes violate multiple FDA Guidelines. And the evidence is clear -- FDA wasn't buying it or you would have had an FDA application. Instead NWBO scrambled to MHRA application.
