Holding in Company

The Company was informed on Friday, 19 December 2003, by Fidelity Investments, on behalf of (i) FMR Corp. and
its  direct  and indirect subsidiaries ("FMRCO") and (ii) Fidelity International Limited and its  direct  and
indirect  subsidiaries  ("FIL"), that FMRCO and FIL have a notifiable interest in an aggregate  of  8,579,456
shares  of  2p  each in the Company, representing approximately 3.27 per cent of the Company's  issued  share
capital.
