So its a consumer brand name. That sounds good to me...as long as any/all goodwill associated with the brand belongs to Viaderma, which it sounds like it does. If Otiko thinks he can better market the product with a new brand name, by all means, do it.

Perhaps the FDA reminded vivos in the approval letter to ensure that the trial protocols incorporate concerns raised and addressed in the sub-meetings about PET SCANS
