If a company is underperforming, but this has great numbers in comparison to competitors. If the talk of mergers etc is intended to boost the price, I’d suggest it’s to get the best price for themselves and shareholders if one appears.

I do believe that Nasrat does want Elite to be acquired so he can sellhis ELTP shares and retire already.
While Elite is doing that process, it is still also pumping out more drugs for approval and launch.
