I agree with you and John von. I think this is a positive sign. Surprising it was not worked out a while ago, but maybe these are issues which arose recently. It is good though - they appear to be working through it.

3K target seems extreme, but surely possible, I like my 34K target from the H&S Top projection seen on the chart
