notification today that Erudite Ltd, a UK company owned by Peter Gyllenhammar,
sold on 4 July 2003, 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which reduces his
beneficial interest to 3,589,177 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
9.42% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
