Well they have a standstill agreement with the note holders so for certain no conversions until July 24. And they will likely settle with those note holders during that time.

Answered my own question. Million shares for Joe were granted on April 7, 2025 and vested fully on July 1, 2026. First guess of it being a hang around award appears to be accurate.
