GoodGuyBill, Why would NWBO refuse to comment upon the DCVax-L MAA if there is no UK regulatory reason for doing so and there is positive news?

This article says the FDA has failed to approve or reject the DCVax-L MAA after 931 days. The author must be talking about the DCVax-L MAA pending before the MHRA. Assuming that the author meant to say MHRA when he said FDA, I learned nothing from this article.
