The offering of 23,000,000 shares was priced at $55.00 per share, raising approximately $1.265 billion prior to underwriting costs. The offering included 3,000,000 shares priced at $55.00 pursuant to the underwriters' exercise of their option to purchase additional shares. As a result of the offering, common shares outstanding have increased to approximately 510 million. The Company's management did not sell shares in the offering.
