On February 13, 2008, the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Preliminary Prospectus Supplement, dated February 13, 2008, to the Prospectus, dated June 19, 2006, pursuant to Registration Statement No. 333-135136. Certain information contained in the prospectus supplements to such registration statement with respect to the oil and gas reserves of the Company at December 31, 2007, is derived from the report of Miller and Lents, Ltd., independent petroleum engineers, upon the authority of such firm as experts regarding the matters contained in such report.
