Unfortunately, TPGY will not be able to find a better company than EVBox. I only invested into it because of EVBox and since the deal is squashed, so are my remaining shares. Cut my losses and moved on.... Too bad since this investment had huge upsides in the next few years.

Anyone whom is still in it for the long haul, I wish you luck and hope TPGY can turn it around for you.

EVBox has to deliver both the 2020 Audit and the Interim Unaudited Financial Statements to TPGY on or before October 22, 2021

TPGY the right to terminate the business combination agreement in its sole discretion at any time during the fifteen business day period following the date on which EVBox Group delivers to TPGY the Interim Unaudited Financial Statements.

Nov 11th is Veterans day so Monday November 15th should be the 15th day after the delivery deadline to cancel the BCA for TPGY.

Agreed, merger may be a few months out but IMO with all the date push backs both companies want this merger to happen. Im at a loss and holding believing it will be worth the wait.

I believe EVBOX is better than charge point and with this merger brining evbox into a US company would be huge for the global market as they take over europe and expand into the US. Charge point is at $22

TPGY - At SPAC bottom. Can only go up from here. Recently extended the timeline to get financials from EVBox completed to continue with merger.

TPGY - TPGY and Engie Seller intend to continue negotiations on potential further amendments to the BCA to reflect the ongoing work to develop a revised business plan and financial forecast for EVBox Group. In the event that TPGY and Engie Seller are able to mutually agree on terms for a renegotiated BCA, TPGY and Engie Seller expect to work toward completing the Business Combination in late 2021 or during the first half of 2022.

The only thing I know of is Light Street Capital Management, LLC (hedge fund type) increased their stake purchasing more shares on the 7 & 9 Jul (price range 12.8 to 13.31). Not sure if this means anything and have not really found anything positive is the delay of this merger...could be the SPAC fear since MOST SPACs has tanked since merging.

Gaining some traction. Has anyone heard news? I haven't found any updates. Looking good though. Looking forward to a successful EV Box merger but hasn't looked good recently. Fixing filings from different formats and currencies is a bit challenging. GLTA let's continue the climb.

Delayed until EVBox finishes their Financials which they say will take some time. Holding and hoping the SPAC deal holds thru. Good Luck to All.

I am in no position to tell you what you should or should not buy. I do not own warrants. If this has crazy price action north on the first 2 weeks of it trading as EVBox then I plan on selling a majority of my position in that time frame. Else I will stick around for a while as electric vehicles become more abundant there will be a growing need to charge them. GL Neal

TPGY Correct. My experience with SPACs this past year is they spike on initial news of the spac then slowly drop for the next (about 3) months and then they spike on completion. EV market is the future and this stock also has long term growth potential as well IMO. Are you purchasing stock or warrants?
