On September 22, 2022, Stem, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host its Investor and Analyst Day on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, beginning at approximately 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), in New York City, New York. At the event, executive management will discuss, among other things, the Company's long-term financial outlook. A live video webcast will be available in listen-only mode beginning at approximately 9:00 a.m. ET, access to which is set forth in the press release. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
