Curtis W. Stoelting, a director of Regal Beloit Corporation (the “Company”) since 2005 and a director nominee as identified in the proxy statement for the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 28, 2020, left the employment of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. as of April 20, 2020, where he had most recently been employed as its Chief Executive Officer. The Company first provided notice of, and began mailing its definitive proxy materials for, the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on March 19, 2020.
