Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Following a transaction on December 18, 2018 and previously reported (a disposition of 74 shares), the reporting person's direct holdings as of 12/31/2018 equal 148,140.

Remarks:
The reporting person is no longer listing the holdings in various trusts previously included on his Section 16 filings because he no longer serves as trustee and therefore is no longer deemed to have a beneficial interest in the shares held by such trusts.
