There is no reason for 116 share buy or sell. Someone prolly had it for years and just wanted it off their books.

I thought there would be only 150,000 series D shares. By my count they closed 73,000 in November, then another 10,700 early in December and today another 87,800. Total is 171,500. How does that work?
