Sounds like OTCM wants to do their own vetting process. But they already do for OTCIQ. This might pave the way for custodianship type tickers/transfer of ownership, making it easier to trade. Just my opinion.

Spectacular breakdown of the new patent in your post Falconner. I forget if bypassing the gut in the ph2a with the intravenous 3mg and 5 mg was a benefit but if Im not mistaken, a transdermal patch would do just that, bypassing the gut and going straight into the bloodstream.
