We hereby inform you as a Relevant Information Communication that today we entered into a Final Agreement on Settlement and Cooperation (the “Agreement”) with the ad hoc Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Attorney General’s Office.
AENZA S.A.A. agrees to pay civil compensation to the Peruvian state in the amounts of approximately S/480 million, subject to the conditions set forth in
the Agreement. Likewise, the Agreement must be judicially approved.
AENZA continues on the path of recovery, while managing operations and executing large-scale projects for the country, complying with the highest standards of
ethics and corporate governance, and looking forward to a future of leadership and value generation at a regional level.
