Yes, stocks are doing weird things like popping then coming back to starting level. In this case it’s a solid company (IMO) that has huge potential and it will have its day here soon.

Earning can be anytime up until May 15th deadline. They pulled out of the UK it was a loosing market but that news hasn’t been announced yet. It was in a customer exchange thread asking about cars in the UK on X a few days ago. I’m assuming there will be a conference call on this earnings report since there wasn’t one last time. They need to get the stock going.

The stock has been flat around .24 on very low volume so who knows what’s happening. It’s a big board stock with no news and an unknown plan after putting in a few new executive positions.

Are you concerned about 25 conversion dilution trigger that might be happening because Getaround didn’t meet Mudrick Capitals terms ? That’s most likely why the stock is stuck here. It will be large dilution of 900 million shares creating 1 billion outstanding shares if it takes place. I’m fairly sure a vote has to take place to approve it but the stock has been in this .25 area now for many weeks. Appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.

I did the same thing keeping in mind that this needs to be over $1.00 asap for NYSE compliance. 24 million dollar cap vs Turo which is valued around 3 billion definitely a disconnect and once the market figures it out, watch out! I’m sure there will be news very soon. Too much good here and a .26 stock price is wrong.

We fought today and got back over .26. I think MMs are holding this down. I bought more at .24 today. Small amount, but I’m going to keep buying on dips

Yeah. Thanks. It’s weird today. I don’t see how they aren’t happy with all the news that came out since Dec and last week’s funding news was strong. What else are they looking for? They need to get this to $1.00 and a reverse split is off the table in my opinion. They need more news on something I’d say.

Agreed, this is way undervalued. They reported good earnings, they have a very clean upgrade to their app and the business model more like a localized Hertz Rental or Enterprise car rental. This is going to Kabooom IMO

Looks like it wants to go as long as we clear that block at .2665. A few days of consolidation now time to go. Company undervalued. Turo 3 billion dollar valuation this 25 million dollar market cap.

They need to get this to $1.00 asap. The uncertainty has been removed last week’s filing says it all. No dilution, plenty of funding behind them with Jason Mudrick from Mudrick Capital Managemt who is the main funding source now on the board. Hopefully more news next week.

I knew something was cooking because I looked at there app and some YouTube on them vs Turo and Uber to just get an update on the business. Then BOOM - totally new app launch, Sweeeeeet!!!

Turned 50% profit in my kids account on this this morning. Just bought another 10,000 shares, this is about to be a Rocket Ship IMO.

Needs a bit more time. It has to digest this move and it’s mid day. Let’s see how this closes. These small stocks especially spac’s that have been killed that pull an elephant out of their ….have made multi day runs. This has to get to $1.00 asap to get into compliance, they have until March I think but it’s been so killed and beaten down, it’s way over sold $1.00 should come fairly quickly. The company is making money but due to all of the uncertainty of conversion and bankruptcy talk up until the news last night people had this for bust. Now it’s so far from that and the best news we could get. Funding without dilution, Mudrick the lead funder on the board and plenty of money available. Mudrick believes in this industry and company. Also keep in mind Turo comes public soon and that valuation is somewhere around 3 billion so Getaround should be at least close to 2 billion in valuation/market cap. That will definitely bring it up also. Let’s go.
