DENVER, Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmland Partners
Inc. (NYSE: FPI) ("the Company") announced that its Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1275 per common share and per Class A Common
OP unit. The dividends are payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders and unit holders
of record on April 2, 2018.
Based on current information, the Board of Directors anticipates
that the Company will maintain its quarterly cash dividends for at
least the remainder of 2018 at the current level of $0.1275 per share of common stock and per Class A
Common OP unit, representing annual dividends of $0.51 per share and unit.
The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors has
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3750 per share of Series B Participating
Preferred Stock. The dividends are payable on April 2, 2018, to holders of Series B
Participating Preferred Stock of record on March 15, 2018.
