CTX Announces Senior Management Appointments DALLAS, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CTX Mortgage Company (CTX) today announced the promotion of Daniel B. "Danny" Deaton to the position of Executive Vice President - National Retail Production, a new position. Mr. Deaton, who has been Regional Executive Vice President for CTX's Southeast Region since joining the company in 1997, will lead CTX's nationwide retail branch network, consisting of about 140 offices. In addition to the retail network to be led by Mr. Deaton, CTX also has an extensive branch network of about 83 offices dedicated to supporting its sister company, Centex Homes. CTX also announced the hiring of John F. "Jack" Karaszewski to succeed Mr. Deaton in leading the Southeast Retail Region. Mr. Karaszewski comes to CTX with many years of experience in the mortgage banking business, most recently as Executive Vice President of the Eastern Division of Guaranty Residential Lending.
