Rivus Bond Fund Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Rivus Bond Fund (NYSE:BDF) (the “Fund”) declared a dividend of $0.2875 on July 16, 2010, payable on August 17, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 28, 2010, with a Net Asset Value and New York Stock Exchange ex-dividend date of July 26, 2010 and a comparison date of August 13, 2010.

The dividend of $0.2875 per share would indicate an annual dividend rate for the last four quarters of $1.15 per share and an annual dividend rate of $1.15 per share prospectively.

The Fund is a closed-end, diversified management investment company whose primary investment objective is to seek a high rate of return, primarily from interest income and trading activity, from a portfolio principally consisting of debt securities.
