It really is a bizarre one.  Original owners got 40-1 forward split shares before the IPO.  Allegedly 4.96m trading float, yet trades down probably 80m shares in the last month.  The endless shares hiring the bid really makes you wonder if one of those original owners is shorting before they release those shares into the market.  It's past their quiet period.

Lol ... dilution. They have over a years worth of operating cash, work on non-delutive bank loans at 3% interest, just finished their IPO at $4.00/share, and received a 180 day warning from NASDAQ for sub-dollar share price. And you think they are just dumping shares into the market why exactly? They are a profitable company.

insane dumping i saw on the bid all day yesterday, to me, thats diluting upon good news. just another scammy company imo. and if you know me, i dont talk badly about stocks, i just leave, but this one was a huge dud.

What, 7%-8% dilution? And what did they sell those shares for? Looks like $4.00 to me.

Company will have ~29m shares, 80% of which are owned by Ten Leagues Corp.

Revenue rose 21.6% from last year to S$37.7 million (US$29.6 million), fueled primarily by rising demand for heavy equipment and parts linked to major national infrastructure projects including Changi Airport Terminal 5, the Marina Bay Sands expansion, and the Cross-Island and Downtown MRT lines. These projects not only expanded market demand but also supported a healthier product mix and improved margins. Rental income also grew 14.9%, driven by higher utilization and reduced reliance on third-party leasing. Gross profit increased 67.7% to S$8.9 million (US$7.0 million), while gross margin strengthened to 23.5% from 17.0% a year earlier, supported by efficiency gains and favorable product mix. Net income reached S$2.4 million (US$1.9 million), a fourfold increase over the prior year, underscoring our ability to translate top-line growth into profitability.”

Mr. Lim continued, “These achievements validate our multi-pronged strategy of aligning with large-scale infrastructure opportunities, optimizing rental operations, and managing costs with discipline. With our Nasdaq listing now complete, we are well positioned to deepen customer relationships, strengthen vendor partnerships, and enhance our visibility in global markets.
