They paid $470 mil usd ( $700 mil aud ) Sibanye-Stillwater agreed to take a 30.29% stake in Keliber for the above production which infers $2.3 bil aud at full value

The Keliber project consists of several advanced stage lithium spodumene deposits, with significant exploration upside in close proximity to the existing project. Based on a feasibility study completed in 2019 and improved in 2020, Keliber currently has 9.3 million tonnes of ore reserves, sufficient for more than 13 years of operation. Planned annual production is 15,000 tonnes of battery grade lithium hydroxide. Production is anticipated to start in 2024. The project includes the development of a chemical plant in Kokkola, approximately 50 kilometres from the mining area, which will produce battery grade lithium hydroxide. Future lithium hydroxide production has not been committed to any offtake party.

That 8k is from the 21st. The vote happened on the 22nd.

I think lithium market needs to rebound before anything substantial happens , would be nice though.

Hopefully a nice bounce on Monday .

They said in call yesterday that the official 8k with the vote results would come out in within 4 days . I don’t think they will release it till Monday , when they resume trading in Australia.

Wow, I think it will turn around once merge is official. I’ll be holding some warrants long in hopes to exercise them for a big profit in 2025! I’m surprised they’re still holding up.

The most recent accredited investors they brought on are getting in at $10 a share and option to buy 1 million more shares thru warrants at $10. These new accredited investors shares are also locked up for 1 year . I am sure they thinking that after 1 year they will be at least able to double their investment after 1 year .

Ya my warrants don’t expire till 2026. They could be a 2 billion company by than trading at $25 a share and I could sell my warrants easily at $5. Time will tell !
