SBA Communications Corporation Announces New Chief Financial Officer BOCA RATON, Fla., April 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCAll/ -- SBA Communications Corporation ("SBA") announced today that Anthony J. Macaione, 40, has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Macaione will serve as the Company's principal financial officer and will oversee accounting, finance, budget, financial reporting, capital markets, tax, information technology and site administration functions for SBA and its subsidiaries. Most recently, Mr. Macaione served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Perry Ellis International, Inc., a $650 million, Nasdaq-listed company. Prior to Perry Ellis, Mr. Macaione served as Vice President-Finance for a division of the Liz Claiborne Co. Mr. Macaione is a Certified Public Accountant.
