I have a feeling this whole share structure event was planned. If significant news is also planned upon enactment of RS, than the new low float will be a real problem for shorts.

Therefore, they may elect to cover on Monday and/or Tuesday. This could have a significant effect on the stock price to the upside before the enactment of the RS. If they don't cover, then a significant news event post RS will result in a major short sqeeze! This week will be very interesting.

Yes, I see it churning away between .02/.03. For every seller there is a buyer. It's a transfer of shares from the bears to the bulls. The equilibrium point is getting closer.
