The PowerShares QQQ(TM), formerly known as "NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock�," is based on the NASDAQ-100 Index�. The Index includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market based on market capitalization. The PowerShares QQQ(TM) represents companies across major industry groups such as information technology, healthcare, consumer discretionary and staples, industrials, materials and telecommunication services. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually.
